The fit was perfect and the look of this shoe is elegant! Perfect heel height for being on your feet for a long time. I’m buy more in different colors!

Great shoe for work. Comfortable, a little tight at the widest part of my left foot, but not too bad. Most likely not the fault of the shoes. Ordered a narrow and the fit is accurate otherwise.

I was looking for a go-to pair of low black heels for work events. The patent detail on the toe is cute, but the patent heel will likely take a beating on city streets. The shoe was comfortable after getting the right size. Only complaint is the traditional/hard material on the heel making it not a walking shoe for commuters.

Fit and Size is consitant and I love that! The shoes are super cute, I only wished the decorative square in front was not of patent leather. I am keeping them because they are still a comfortable shoe.

This shoe is attractive and stylish. It fits well. I found it a little stiff. There is nothing wrong with the shoe, it is just a matter of preference.

This was what I was looking for! Super comfortable & professional looking! (Not the most stylish, but I will take comfort over style any day!)

Such a cute shoe. I decided to go with a different pair, but for my 8.5 WW foot, these fit the bill. Padding in the sole was minimal, so not sure how comfortable they would be to wear for any length of time.

Trotters are my go-to brand for the extra width I need, and these are no exception. Having just had foot surgery, I've had to go up a half size and go to an "extra wide." These are VERY roomy, and I may have been able to get away with my normal length. I'm just thankful to have found a low-heeled pump to keep my pants from dragging the ground that doesn't hurt a surgically repaired foot!

I first purchased my size which is an 8.5 and they were way too small. I got them for a wedding but Zappos was able to get me a 9 the next day and in time for the wedding

I ordered the medium width shoes and they were too narrow. Of course, I am getting a bit older and I have some swelling in my feet sometimes... I got the plain black ones first and felt they were a little blah, so when I re-ordered the wider size I decided to go with the black lizard style.

This is a beautiful, well constructed shoe. I had to return 8W because it pinched my R foot (bunion). Went to 8.5 wide which is a better fit. Love Trotters brand, especially since they offer wide widths - have several shoes in different styles.

I love the look of these shoes, and aside from the seams digging into my bunions, found them very comfortable. There is a change in materials on the inside and outside of the shoes just behind the balls of the foot, and I found this seam uncomfortable from the moment I tried the shoes on, so I had to return them.

The fit was fine, however since I’m breaking the shoes in it’s been rubbing my heel in the back. Other than that I have no complaints.

I love the style - on comfort and durability, I haven't worn them much yet. Love the heel - just my speed.

my problem is I have bone spurs and a D wide or even E WW and I don't know if the shoe fits and is comfortable until I try it on. Maybe I am picky but the button is too large for style of show.

Very cute shoe! Wish they fit me. I have long toes(Morton foot) and the toe box was not roomy enough for my 3rd and 4th toes even though I ordered a wide in a square toed style. This would work fine for others with more proportionate feet.

LOVE these shoes!!! However they are narrow. I'm a M width, but had to get a WW so this shoe wouldn't hurt the top of my foot. When I went to the WW, I found that I had to go down a full size. My mother is on the smaller size of a M width & had to go to a W & size down 1/2 size. These shoes are made of the softest leather! We loved them so much that it took several orders & returns to finally get the right fit, but it was ALL worth it as these shoes can be dressed up or worn with jeans & nice top! Can be worn year around. The shiny rectangle on the top of the shoe adds so much style instead of just a plain shoe! If you wear a N, this shoe will fit the first time around!! If you are a perfect M, then you will need to order W & go down 1/2 size. If you are a M but have borderline wide foot like myself, you will need to order the double WW & size down 1 whole shoe size! Other than the sizing issue, I LOVE these shoes!!!

Great shoe. Very stylish. Loved the neutral shade of gray and the leather upper. Comfortable lower heel and not-pointy toe. Had to return my AA's; only reason I didn't reorder was they're sold out in B. Too bad.

Beautiful shoe!! definitely run short in length. I'm returning for 1/2 size larger to see if that works... they are so pretty!! I do prefer a stronger arch support but these may be fine if i can get the length right.
