These are thin but do a good job. Being thin leaves more room in the shoes for your foot.

One week into. My first shoe insoles I ever bought! I switched them out for the Timberland Composite Safety...forgot which model and boy that made a big difference! I can now stand, walk, and work longer because of them! Price was really good as well.

I got these inserts for a pair of CAT's that were a uncomfortable in soles, the are very helpful and turned an almost non wearable boots comfortable.
