I was disappointed that they were a little short.

Kept this lovely little shoe after feeling like a wannabe Cinderella...the color is gorgeous blue suede (just like the song) and pretty shower of crystals across the vamp. The inside is impeccably finished with a general arch support that snugs the foot. Looking forward to wearing this beauty...for a dashing jolt of color when wearing one color either coordinating or accenting. It’s a keeper!

These Samantha shoes in the blue are so cute! Unfortunately, they didn't have the Narrow width in stock, so I ordered the Medium. I have narrow heels and they wouldn't stay on, so I had to return them.

These shoes fit beautifully. I have a narrow foot. They could be a tad more narrow but it really is great.

Love these shoes, but its really wide and my heel slips off. Going to try 10 M.

I have difficult to fit feet and am addicted to Birkenstocks which don't do much for my wardrobe. These shows have a wonderful insert padding for the insole with a good arch support. Incredibly comfortable right out of the box!

the width felt wider

These are so cute! There's enough room in the toe box that I don't feel squished - a problem with some other "wide-width" shoes that narrow at the toe. I purchased an 8.5W and found them true to size, with substantial padding. The arch support is the tiniest smidge too much on first wear but I imagine as I break them in that will subside. The heels feel comfortable and don't rub.

The shoe was purchased for my elderly mother. She finds herself wearing a WW but these shoes were not quite wide enough unfortunately. I was hoping they would work based on previous reviews. We’ll keep searching!

sort of fit--good workmanship

These are super cute and very comfortable. But the band across the toe box was too far back over my arch and cut into the top of my foot. I'm disappointed. Returning.

Ultimately decided to return after waffling decision a couple of weeks. Fit -- size and wide width -- seemed fine and the style could be dressed up or down, imo, but something about the feel of the man-made, synthetic upper bothered me. It's difficult to pinpoint but, for the money, could not justify keeping a shoe that I didn't *really* like.

These shoes are great for my wide, buniony feet. Note that they run WIDE. Even I had to put a pad in the front so they don't slip off my heels. Nice wide toe box.

They seemed plenty wide for my extra wide feet due to bunions. However, after an hour or so- the pain was back. I can’t use my orthotics because the shoe just slipped off my heel. Over all- I like the shoe. I blame most of this on my picky feet.

Was returning the narrow I had ordered, but when the medium came it was too wide and the left foot was sloppy on my heal, so I am returning the medium and keeping the narrow. Love the style.

Runs small

There is a place on top inside that rubs top of my foot. The square toe is a little matronly. I find Trotters shoes very heavy. However, all this being said, the insole is very comfortable and they should serve their purpose.

The material on this shoe is listed as microfiber. I was expecting a smooth feel, but it looks like suede. This is really a nice shoe with a little pazazz, but even though it is true to size and width and has some arch support, I will have to return it. There is a elastic insert across the top of the foot, that insert joins with the side of the shoe and is rigid. That digs into my foot where I have the beginnings of a bunion. Comfort has to rule, so back they go.

I like these shows a lot. They look great with light color jeans to the ankle. I agree with some other reviews that some of the sparkle was missing in spots when the shoes arrived, BUT, no one notices it and I have received a ton of compliments. They feel a little stiff the first wear or two but then are comfortable enough to wear to work at an office. If you do a lot of walking, these would probably start to hurt after a while. Over-all I am very pleased with the shoe.

This is the first shoe I've gotten in years that actually has any arch support. I wish I loved the shoe, but I don't. Mostly the style. I'll look at other Trotters, hoping they also have arch support.

I love the look of this shoe but my normal 7.5 M was too tight feeling. I wanted to purchase a size 8 instead but Zappos was out of stock. So.. I bought it else where and the 8 seems to feel good.

Such pretty shoes! When I walk, the band across the front kept digging into the top of my foot, so not comfortable to wear. :( Had to return...
