I wear a size 7.5 A-narrow shoe. I must have very narrow heels because these shoes slipped off my heels when I walked. I felt the heel height was a bit too high for me because I'm used to lower-heel shoes. These are very pretty shoes though.

Beautiful shoe but too wide in the heel for me. I wear a 7 to 7.5 narrow and I ordered two pair of narrow shoes here and two elsewhere and I had the same problem. The shoes are too wide at the heel and too snug at the front.

These are very nice heels, the suede is a navy color and the heel is a plastic navy and looks good (the plastic heel is a certain look, but definitely makes the heel/shoe more durable than a heel covered in suede which can wear off). I have fairly average 7.5 M feet with a slightly narrow heel, I gave the 7.5 M a try and, unfortunately, I don't find them comfortable enough to wear for hours of teaching (which for me means standing and walking around). They may be more comfortable in a 1/2 size up but I'm going to look for different navy heels because these were just too uncomfortable for my feet.

I was able to get the shoes on, but they felt too snug (I have a thick, wide foot).

Really cute shoe and I loved the kitten heel. Unfortunately, there was a big gap at the heel, so I have to send them back. The next half size down would have been too small.

My ratings would lead you to believe I liked the shoes more than I really do. First, I'm keeping the shoes because they are super cute and let's face it ladies, we are a bit masochistic that way. The shoe doesn't quite fit my left foot correctly as my heel kept coming out when I walked. I'm not super-graceful so this resulted in a few embarrassing missteps. I have no idea why this happened, both shoes were the correct size. So I put a heal guard thingy in the shoe, but my heel kept coming out. So you know for sitting in meetings this shoe is top-notch, but for walking around the office, errr...not so much. I will continue to look for a solution to this problem because I really want to love these shoes.

I loved the look of these shoes and that the arch support rating was so good, since I have very high arches and I spent a long time getting rid of plantar fasciitis. Unfortunately, I need a size 5 or 5 1/2 Wide, and it’s really tough to find stylish pumps in such a small, wide size. I had hoped these would be okay in the regular width, but they just pinched my toes so badly. My heel was also slipping, so they seemed a bit large lengthwise for me. Sigh, I’ll return them and continue looking.

I had the right size, my usual, but found that I slipped down into the point no matter what I tried. Because of this, or maybe how they are made, I was wobbly on them more so than others of this type of heel.

These shoes were attractive and comfortable. The problem I had was my left foot slid at the heel. They were a tad large which didn’t bother my right foot. If you’re feet are even they might work, you may have to go down a half size.

Have recently tried several pairs of shoes trying to find some to wear to a job interview. First 3 pairs size 6.5 were too small / tight, next pair a half size up at size 7 was also too small. These, also a size 7, are much too large - heel slips out and my foot swims side to side. I have been told my foot is on the verge of being a wide foot but is not quite wide per the person who last measured my feet. Interestingly I generally wear a size 8 in a hiking or sport shoe. So now I have gone back down a half size to an Ecco 6 - 6.5 and my feet feel great! Thank you Zappos for a great shopping experience!

The shoes seem comfy, but not on my feet. One foot must be larger, because the left shoe kept falling off, while the right shoe dug into my toe joint so badly that there was no way I could wear these shoes for long.

The nude color looked unnatural somehow, and I just couldn't get past it. Still looking for the perfect nude heel.

I have worn the brand Trotters a few times and found they fit fairly true to my 11 N size. This pair - Kiera - is most definitely wider. The quality was fine - the 2" "kitten heel" looked a bit odd on my long foot, and since the heel is rather skinny, the shoe felt a bit wobbly. My toes went immediately to the end of the shoe, and the heel flopped off with each step. Certainly they do not fit - but I may have considered returning them due to the appearance. Cute shoe for a smaller, wider foot.

These shoes look very nice in the picture on line but when they arrived did not look so nice! Also while the width is write they are to long for my foot. That is why I have to return them!

The sizing on these shoes is extremely inconsistent, so be careful. The first pair of I ordered were perfect - they fit wonderfully, and felt amazing on. However, I decided that the light gray color had too much metallic thread throughout, making them look a little sparkly. I returned for the darker grey color in the same size and the shoes were SO SMALL. I then ordered a half size up, which were HUGE. Unfortunately, both will have to go back, which is disappointing. It just seems as though this brand has some inconsistency in manufacturing.

Have Trotters Paulina in 71/2AA which fit well. Disappointed that the Kiera feels tight even though it is the middle of winter and not suffering from puffy feet due to humidity. As I live in Australia too costly to return and also fear a half size larger would not be too large. Have to hope that they will stretch but this is not the ideal way to buy shoes. The padded foot bed would make this a very comfortable stylish dress shoe however feel that no allowance has been in manufacture to accommodate the excellent padding and arch support. Trotters use to be a good fit for my narrow foot but new designs are creating fit issues for me. Shoe Fettish, Queensland, Australia

First I should say I never wear heels and usually go for brands that are known for comfort over style...but I really wanted a pair of heels for a night out so I went on the hunt. Theses shoes do have nice cushion in the foot bed. The heel is a nice low, comfortable height for someone who never wears heels. There was no toe cleavage on me and seem to be wide cut near the front of the foot which flatters a larger foot (not saying they are wide width--just the look). For the price I think they are a good deal but because they felt a half size small and narrow so I'm returning them.

The cushioning on the inside is poorly attached. It's loose before wearing. I'm sending these back, but already wore a different pair for one day and the cushion has separated from the inside of the shoe.

This is a cute shoe but the fit was uncomfortable for me. I had surgery on my right foot and a metal plate was installed on the bunion area. The shoe rest on the plate.

My typical 9.5 was too big so I exchanged for a 9 and they were too tight. Beautiful shoe. sorry I cannot own them.

The heel was too wide for someone who needs a narrow shoe. I kept slipping out of them. Super disappointing because the Trotters brand usually works for my narrow foot.
