I did not realize that I have ordering shoes too big so I can accomodate my wide feet. These shoes fit my width, but I walked right out of them. Also the color did not match the dress I wanted to wear with them.

I was so pleased to finally find some low heel pump that were comfortable and till stylish. I haven't worn heels in a long time but for an up-coming wedding it was a must-do! Zappos is the best place to find just what you are looking for without shopping till you drop!

There isn't an option to say "felt a quarter-size larger" or that's what I would go with. Yes, these feel slightly large in that they slip a bit on my left heel, which is smaller than my right foot. But they fit my right foot exactly right. So they are a quarter size too small on one foot. Hardly anything to get upset about. And I certainly wouldn't order them a half-size smaller, because then they would definitely be too tight against my heel and would rub blisters, a chronic concern of mine with pumps. These are very comfortable out of the box. They are very straight and I tend to wear boxy shoes, so I can tell that the big toe side of my foot will be sore after a while as it tries to accommodate being pressed into the gentle point of the shoe.

It took several tries to finally find my perfect fit in this shoe. I normally wear a 10W in shoes. But, typically have to size up. I initially did that with this shoe. You do not have to do that. I finally ended up with the 10WW. I know I could never wear these all day. But, for a special event they’ll do nicely.

I have very hard to fit feet. Fat front, short toes, slender heel, high instep and usually a double wide. These shoes were perfect - stylish, comfortable and wearable. One foot is slightly larger than the other but a thin insert resolved the problem. Pretty, dressy, professional kitten heel pump.

Trotters Kiera is a lovely, well made shoe. I needed a dressy navy blue pump for a wedding. Not having worn heels for quite some time, I thought this 2" kitten heel might be a good choice. But while the shoe fit well, I could not walk confidently in the slender heel. Because I was concerned about turning my ankle, I reluctantly returned them. I believe anyone who is used to walking in heels would be very happy with this shoe.

I wanted a shoe that I could wear to church that was comfortable and not too high. These shoes are very nice! Haven’t worn them out yet but just from trying them on I can say I am happy!!

Zappos is as amazing as this heel. Bought a pair and sent back 3 times! The 4th time a perfect fit. Gorgeous suede upper in navy and patten leather heel. Bought to wear with a navy lace dress for my daughter’s Nov wedding. Have a bunion that had me go down a 1/2 size but go extra wide for the perfect fit. Been wearing around the house for a few days with great support.

This pair of shoes is very nice. They can be dressy or casual. I had to return them because of my feet. The right shoe fits perfectly, but my left foot is slimmer than my right foot so the left shoe wouldn't stay on. Can't blame that on Trotters.

Pretty shoe, but my usual size was too long and slipped at the heel. Will try smaller size.

The outstanding characteristics of this shoe is the arch support and fit. This is a pump that could be worn comfortably for hours. Style is classic and simple and perfect for the work place. I was looking for a shoe that would transition from the work place to evening. This shoe does not do that for me.

My 60-year old feet are having issues and these shoes were GREAT! The leather was very forgiving. I didn't have much time to break the shoes in before wearing them 9 hours at my son's wedding - it says a lot that my feet were comfortable and I was dancing!

They are very soft and very nice looking. I have a very wide foot especially the toe box. I ordered the 7 ww, my usual size and had to return due to heel slippage. I reordered in a size 6 1/2 ww and the fit was much better. I tried several brands in a round or pointed toe pump and this brand won out. I wouldn't want to have to wear these all day or do a lot of walking but they are perfect for a dressier heel for a special event.

I love these shoes. I have only walked around the house in them, but I think they will feel good all day when I finally wear them out. The kitten height heel is perfect for me. They have a nice cushioned insole, so I will not need any type of comfort pads in these, nor anything to keep my foot from slipping. I have a narrow foot and the narrow width fits perfectly. I bought these in a few colors, hoping to not keep them all. :) I plan on wearing these with dresses, skirts, pants and jeans.

I searched long for this shoe, but was thrilled with it. I have a narrow heel, but this fit beautifully without also cramping my toes, thanks to the non-pointy toe. I loved the deep gray suede, and received many compliments at the wedding. I usually wear a 9, but had to send the 9 back for this 8 1/2 as my foot stepped right out of the 9. Very happy about the purchase.

Shoe is true to size. I ordered the half size larger recommended on the website and had to return them for my correct size.

I'm an active senior with problem feet who needs a pair of good looking wide width shoes for my son's wedding. After trying several, this one was the winner! Plenty of room in the toe box along with a removable cushioned insert assured me I'd be able to dance in these. They're good looking and comfortable enough to wear with my dress slacks as well. So glad Zappos allowed me to return several pair before finding these.

I was looking for a classic black pump that fit my narrow heel and was still comfortable in the toe box. Trotters brand hadn't really worked for me in the past but I decided to give these a try. They have a cushioned insole, the toe is slightly pointed without pinching, the heel doesn't slip, the heel height is stylish without making me wobble. In short, this style is a winner and I am very relieved to have found it!

These are beautiful shoes. They are well made and classy. Unfortunately, the they were a little tight around my toes.

These shoes fit very well and the color and style were perfect for a special occasion that I needed them for. Zappos service was excellent. I received the shoes the next day after ordering them and was very happy that my search for the "right shoes" was over.

I slipped them on and they were amazingly comfortable. It's a professional looking show that does not hurt!

Beautiful, beautiful, shoe! I have a long narrow foot. Lots of problems getting fit. All of the shoe fits well except for the heel for me. I need a 4 A heel and of course it doesn't come in that, just narrow. I will have to put something to grip the heal. I had to have this shoe for a wedding. In my size, 10.5 narrow, I don't have a lot of choices. I'm praying the gray goes with the gray of my dress when I get it. It's being made online. It's a very beautiful shoe.

Stylish, elegant, comfortable, affordable. I purchased these for a wedding outfit. I'm mother of the bride, cannot wear three inch heels all day long like in my 30's so these give the effect of a classic pump without the height. One of my feet is fatter/taller in the arch from breaking it years ago. These felt secure, like they wouldn't slip off during dancing. I have a narrow heel and these rise up enough on the heel to cup the back of my foot. The toe is not a sharp point, but gently rounded and did not pinch my toes. I will need to adjust with a little moleskin or cork here and there, but if your feet are different sizes, you get used to doing that!
