The fit on this shoe was good, except that the toe was more pointed than was comfortable for me. Otherwise. the support, color and fit were excellent. The shoe was also a comfortable one.

This is a very nice shoe. Very cute style. It fits comfortably with the exception of the sides of the shoe. The leather is so soft that it gaps around the arch and closer to the back of the shoe. I want to keep them but can’t take a chance that my foot will slip right out of the shoe. Have to return them sadly

I bought these in order to have something dressy that I could wear with nice pants and my beloved compression socks. My socks are a little thicker than hosiery, but not as thick as most socks. Still, with them on the shoes were too narrow/tight around my sole. I could have exchanged them for a wider size, but I think those would have been too loose at the heel. (The old bunions on top, narrow heel on the bottom dilemma). They are beautiful but unfortunately won't work for my needs.

I have never been able to buy pointed flats because I have wide feet, so I was really happy to find these! Unfortunately, the back was kind of low on my heel. It was hitting in an comfortable spot and did not stay secure on my foot. Maybe with a little pad or something, these would be better.

I'm often between an 8W and a 7.5W, so sadly these did not fit - the 7.5 pinched the top of my big toe, and the 8 fell off. This is a beautiful shoe in the metallic leather finish, it's a soft brushed silver velvety leather that looks fantastic. I'm sorry it didn't fit.

Love the Estee in general, but just wasn't crazy about the color/finish.

These are great flats. Stylish pointed toe but with comfortable fit. Good cushioning. Unfortunately, the style makes my size 12 feet look even larger due to the toe extending the shoe and the small front foot coverage. The black metallic leather is really nice. Would work as a formal flat or more casual. Too bad they weren’t for my feet!

These fit like a dream!I'm on the cusp of 9.5W and a regular 10 in most brands - depending on how narrow their standard shoes are. The 9.5W fit perfectly without any rub. I just wish they had a lowered vamp because I like toe cleavage in my flats.

I purchased the blue shoes - I appreciate that they are supportive, cute, and also dressy enough for the office. I wear 8 sometimes and 8 1/2 other times and definitely needed 8 1/2 for these. I would recommend.

Good balance of comfort and style. They break in easily but wear out quickly if you wear them often. I'm on my fourth pair.

Beautiful, classic flat. I don't usually like a vamp this short, but the proportions of this shoe are so nice, it didn't bother me. Unfortunately for me, these are too pointy for my bunions. Sad, because it's a really cute shoe.

Nice shoes, although I wonder if they are worth the price. I expected leather inside and out. I'm not sure about the inside. They don't seem to be very well made. I'm going to keep them, but I'm not 100% thrilled. I'm giving them an above average.

Beautiful shoe but not for me; lots of cushioning. I think it would be comfortable but front hits a sensitive spot for me on one foot, and also runs very large.

These are exceptionally well made. The foot bed is soft and cushy, but I could see it flattening out pretty quickly. I wouldn't call it arch support. The leather looks high quality. I would say they cover just barely too much to look very streamlined/chic, but if you have feet you want to cover and hate toe cleavage, you would really like these. It's not too much to cross into orthopedic looking, but they aren't a minimal looking flat. For me, these lacked in sizing. Surprised in all the true to sizing remarks. I'm a pretty solid 6.5 wide. These are waaaay too long, almost a full size too long. My ankle would be stepping out all day, so they have to go back.

I’m not sure if it’s my feet or the shoe. I ordered a size 10 as some of the reviews said they ran big and were very comfortable. When the shoe arrived I tried it on and found it to be tight. I think I’m going to return the 10 and order a 10.5. Cute shoe though.

Nice fit in a trim looking flat. The only thing keeping it from getting five stars across the board is the fact that for the black napa--the leather is very thin and scrapes off and nicks easily. It also has a thin leather sole. Don't recommend wearing outside when wet or driving with them.

These shoes were at least a half size too large. I'm a 8W and was stepping right out of these and the toe box was clunky. The color is gorgeous (blue + silver and black + gold) however the quality was inconsistent as there were funny creases due to the way the leather was stretched for the shoes. Without the fit and quality issues they would have been 6 stars.

These shoes are beautiful and soft; but as with most flats, quite narrow. The opening that goes across my toes can be quite painful if my feet are swollen. I should have ordered a size up.

These are a great flat for work and walking. I like that the toe box is wide enough but it still has a point. Stylish, comfortable, and modern.

Love the style but 12 wide comes off my feet and toe box is too pointy. Love customer service at Zappos!

Cute shoe but too tight in the bunion area. Wish I could find a flat that works with my feet. Hate to send them back.
