Runs small on my size 6WW flat foot with a high instep. It was too short overall and the vamp comes up a little high on my instep. The insole is not removable and is cushy but has no arch support. Otherwise it a nice supple leather and the pointy toe is flattering.

I really like the style. It’s unfortunate they were so long. I had at least 1/2 inch extra space in the heel. Will try again with a smaller size.

Waited a long time to order the medium width... it never came in stock. I finally tried the wide width and it was too big. Also the shoe squeaked and I only had it on for about 30 seconds. Returned.

I have a wide foot and shoe did not have a deep foot bed so consequently my foot looked even wider. Not flattering. Generally a 9-1/2 wide fits me comfortably in most shoe brands and these were too snug. Liked the brown color. For regular foot I think would be comfortable/flattering.

I always wear an 11D. The width in these shoes seemed fine, but there was a big gap at the back and I couldn't walk in them. Also, even though these shoes are not literally cheap, the material reminds me of rubber and they look somewhat cheap. It's quite a shame because Trotters are typically great shoes.

I have five pairs of Trotters in my closet they fit very fell, however this style does not, left is too wide and slides on my heel, right is perfect. Was very disappointed.

This did not have enough arch support for me and the heel slipped making it hard to walk. The leather was a good quality and soft.

Really nice looking shoe but probably the least comfortable flats I've ever worn. Somehow these perfectly fitting flats still left me with horrible blisters along all my toes and the tops and bottoms of my feet, even after break-in. Couldn't wear for more than 1-2 hrs without pain.

These are very attractive shoes, but I ordered a 10 1/2 narrow and there is NOTHING narrow about them. My daughter, who has wider feet loved them, but I am contemplating a return.

Sloppy

These snake textured colorful flats are absolutely beautiful. However, I walked right out of my usual 9w size. Ordering a half size down but have to wait for more stock. Did I say they are beautiful?

I wear 10.5 or 11. I tried three different size combos and could not make this shoe work for me. 11 was too big, 10.5 was too narrow, 10.5 W was too wide but also too narrow by toes. In the end, I think the pointy toe is just too narrow for me, even with a wide. I tried. It’s a nice basic shoe but apparently we were not meant for each other.

Attractive shoe, but it gaped on the sides. The shoe also slipped on the heel and had no support.

I ordered an 11AA. Length was good (extra space so toes weren’t jammed in the point) but a little too wide. Couldn’t keep them on my feet. I would just walk right out of them. They have very comfy padding in the foot bed, though. But I had to return them.

I bought my regular size but my toes were pinched.

The nude multi design is even nicer in person. I love the pattern of the shoe. However, I am almost always a 10.5 wide. These slid off my foot just walking across the room, they are at least half a size too big. They also do not have much support, but are soft and cushioned. I'm not sure if I'll try another size or not... at the moment I am just kind of heartbroken I couldn't wear them.

Sending back as it was flimsy and hurt my feet.

I wanted to like this shoe. The fabric color (black metallic) was an interesting change from the plain black flats I already own. But the toe box was too short for me - it squeezed my digits quite painfully. And the overall size (7 1/2) seemed too big. The sides gaped, making it both unattractive & non-supporting. So, with the front of my foot compressed and the sides and back of my foot without any support, I'm sending them back.

I am normally an 10.5 or an 11 and ordered both. The 11 was too big and while I would like just a tad more room in the 10.5, I settled on keeping the 10.5 because the shoe is otherwise comfortable and cute. Perfect for dressing up black pants without always having straight black shoes. Would prefer more arch support, but I think they will be good for events when I don't have to walk long distances or stand too long in them.

This shoe looked so pretty and well-made. I truly loved it until I put it on my foot. It was cut too low all around to be a good fit for me and the pointy toe squished my toes a little. Sadly, its fit and comfort did not match its stylish good looks. Back it goes!

I usually wear a 9, but would need an 8 1/2 in this shoe. Simple and classic. Ended up returning because I liked the Rockport Adelyn better.

These shoes are lovely quality + looked really nice on; however, with my feet in them, they were a little slippery. As I tested them around the house, I found myself clenching my toes to walk. Also, I need moderate arch support. I badly wanted to keep them but needed them to be more comfortable.

I followed all the available instructions to be sure I was choosing the right side--even measuring my foot width and comparing it to the chart. By the chart, I had an average foot width and the standard width looked like it should be perfect. It wasn't. Much too wide and my feet kept falling out. Had to return them.
