I love the shoes in every way. They are very comfortable. I do wish they were a little bit more plain navy than dark navy.

First Time Buyer- I received my order of two pairs of Trotter shoes in a very timely manor. I started wearing the blue pair the next with great comfort as well as the brown colored ones. One thing I was really proud about your web site was I found the colors I wanted that I could not find in the malls. Thank you very much, Judy

Liz by Trotters- I liked this shoe so much; I ordered it in two other colors. It's comfortable and looks great. I particularly like that it has no seams, and is easy to slip into. The high instep (is that the correct word) is what I need- lower ones cut into my foot. I also appreciate that there is no charge on returning shoes that don't fit, etc. I would not have purchased any shoes if I had to pay for the return postage. Although the ordered size is correct, shoes fit differently and the "no charge return policy" allows me to order with ease. Thanks for that.

Comfortable casual shoe - As someone with large wide feet, I have found these are my favorite casual shoes. When my size is available I usually buy more than one pair. They go great with slacks and I'm also able to put a custom orthotic device into them. I didn't think it would work but was pleasantly surprised.

Comfort and compliments - The Trotter's Liz are the first shoes that I've purchased that are as comfortable as slippers and get immediate compliments (even from strangers in on the street in San Francisco!). Excellent shoes, especially in brown.

Great for wide feet - These shoes are great. They are true to size and are pretty comfortable for dress shoes. They look good and go with everything. I have a high instep as well as a high arch and wide feet and since these don't have gores to stretch so the top of the shoe doesn't cut into your instep, I was worried about the fit but they seem to stretch fairly quickly and are pretty comfortable.

For my money - THE BEST - I have worn Liz Trotters for a number of years. For me they are the best fit, most comfortable and attractive flat. Friends who had not worn them in the past now do. Zappos does an excellent job in expediting the product and follow up. Thanks

Love Liz - A year ago I bought this shoe and loved it. When my podiatrist said they were wearing out, I ordered an identical pair. I look forward to another year of heavy wear in these very comfortable shoes.

I had a pair of shoes like this several years ago and were worn out. I was SO glad to purchase a new pair to replace the old ones. The shoe ran a size smaller and was narrower than expected, has to send originals back for a larger size and wider, but the new ones are GREAT!! Very professional looking.

first time Zappos customer - This is the first time I ordered a pair of shoes from Zappos, having just recently heard of the web site. I have a very narrow foot, and most shoes in stores these days are "mediums"---so I really hate shopping for shoes! I was looking for a casual flat, in beige, to where with pants on days it's too cold to wear sandals. My size was not available in this shoe so I asked for an e-mail notice if it should become available (I have not seen another shopping web site that offers that service!) In about a week, I was notified it was in, I ordered it immediately, and it arrived very quickly. I LOVE the shoe and actually have been wearing it with dresses to work---it is SO comfortable and pretty. I plan on buying another pair in a different color.

Trotter's Liz - I love this shoe. It looks good with skirts or pants plus I can wear it in the summer without stockings. It's comfortable and goes with everything. They offer lots of colors. I ordered 1/2 size larger because of the pointed toe and because I wanted to wear them without socks.

This shoe fit my foot much better than the Trotters Monica. I'm glad I found it. Very comfortable.

Trotters Liz - Bought these shoes for my mother. She has rheumatoid arthritis and they are the only shoes she finds comfortable.

Perfect shoe! I usually have a limited range of shoe styles to choose from when buying shoes for my wide feet. But I am very pleased with the selection of styles I find on Zappos.com and I am especially pleased with my purchase of this shoe. It is very classy and very comfortable.

Trotters Liz - They are an excellent pair of shoes. Looks great with pants as well as suits. Fashionable but not too trendy. I selected the "D" width and it fits wonderfully. (I have a bunions - from my younger high heel days :o) I put a heel pad in the back of my shoe because it rubbed.

These are very, very comfortable shoes and I think they're quite good looking. My feet are hard to fit, so when I find a good pair of shoes that feel great, I buy them in multiple colors, as I have (and will continue to) with this shoe.

Good Fit & Comfortable - This shoe fits extremely well in the heel--my heel is probably a AAA, while the bridge of my foot measures AA. The first few times wearing them, they run tight on me through the bridge, and put some pressure on my pinky toe. However, after breaking in, they fit like a glove--just right!

Comfort and style - These woven leather shoes are comfortable and stylish. The quality is that of a much higher priced woven leather shoe. The flexible sole and padded insole feel great, good for walking. I bought them in the pewter color, they are a great choice to wear with black pants, or any other color for that matter.

True Value for Cost - This is my 3rd pair of Trotters Liz. Each pair, worn several times a week, held up for about 5 years. Incredible in this day and age of "throwaway" goods. Exceptionally well made and durable, as well as comfortable. Also, Zappo's free shipping is much appreciated!!

Exactly what I expected - The shoes were exactly what I wanted, the price was in line with regular shoe stores, shipping was quick and free. Much easier than going to the mall--saved time, saved gasoline, saved frustration of traffic and parking. This is the way to go!

Loved Trotters's Liz - I have a difficult time finding shoes that fit. These shoes arrived in the mail, I tried them on and was pleasantly surprised at how well they fit and felt. They are so comfortable that I wore them the next day to work.

Fabulous shoe. This is a shoe that is both dressy and casual and beautifully made. I ended up getting it in three different colors.
