These are very comfortable shoes, I will purchase them again when this pair wears out. This is the perfect casual shoe providing an extra touch of style from the weaving design.

I bought these in my normal size (6-1/2) but they were too tight. The size 7 was just right. They are really comfortable, and very stylish. I've been showing them off to people and getting lots of compliments. I was really pleased with Zappos' return policy, making it easy to return the smaller size and at no cost, and I received the new size the next day.

Very nice shoes, exactly what I was looking for: great-looking flats for work. They are very versatile. They work well with pants or skirts. I ordered the first pair in my usual size (10)and had to exchange for a half-size larger, but the width was perfect (WW). The soles are a bit thin, but that's fine with me, as I work in an office and am not on my feet all day. I was so pleased with the brown pair that I ordered them in black as well.

I love these shoes. They look wonderful and feel so comfortable. The leather has a shine to it and (although the soles are soft) the shoes have a heel and look dressy. I bought them in brown and they look great.

The shoes are beautiful and well made. They went perfectly with the outfit I wanted them for, as well as several others. I\'m in sales and I also dress up for church. My problem is I have a 3A heel and a 2A in the front. I have to stretch them across the front because I do not like heels that slip. Once I get them stretched, I\'m sure they will one of my favorites. And, by the way, your service was wonderful! I loved getting them so quickly. They came in 1/2 the time as others. Thank you! These are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. They come in AAA, which is a hard size to find and they go well with business suits which I have to wear to work.

Perfect, every time. I've bought a pair of black 8.5 N Liz Trotters every year for the last 4 or 5. I wear them just about every day. They go with everything from casual to business casual, and even a black skirt with black tights. They fit perfectly, last forever and are always my first choice in the morning. Having narrow feet is tough these days, but Trotters' Liz is perfect!

Comfortable right out of the box! These are my first pair of Trotters, so I ordered a wide width, since they were available, and since tight shoes make me grumpy. Surprise, surprise, they were super roomy (I could have gotten by with a regular width), but since I usually wear arch support inserts, I kept them and consequently have had a comfortable grump-free stylish black shoe that is a joy to wear. Wish I could say that about all the shoes in my closet!
