These were for my daughter for Christmas. She loved them. At first they seemed a little tight. But she wore them in the house and now she is really happy. The quality was there, the look was young, and we were pleased with the quick response. Very happy.

Classic and comfortable. Great for work, under jeans or with a skirt and tights. This is a winner. I bought 2 colors. Cha ching! For the price this is an excellent value for an extremely well made shoe.

These shoes are just what I was looking for. They were very easy to find at Zappos. I have worn the shoes several times since purchasing them and I love them! They are very true to size.

This would seem to be a copy of a Cole Hahn shoe that I wore for years. It's a great deal. And, if the world were run like Zappos, I would be happy. What great service! What a terrific product.

This is the third or fourth time I have bought this same shoe, but this time the same size was 1/2 size too short and too narrow. Great shoe, just watch the size.

The Trotters Liz shoes in black were a good, comfortable fit for my size 9N feet, but surprisingly the navy pair (of the same style) was slightly larger in length and width (so regrettably I had to return them). I\'d like to get other colors, but will definitely need to try various sizes and widths like a 9S, maybe an 8-1\/2N, in addition to 9N (which is my true size).

This is the third or fourth time I have botten this shoe because I love it. The style is cool in the summar and versitile in most business and casual situations. When this pair wears out I\'ll buy another pair.

Brown shoes were too tight, but black pair fit like a glove. Excellent buy.

I have a very narrow foot and have trouble finding a shoe to fit. These fit perfect and are very comfortable. I will try to find other shoes in this brand because I know they are true to size.

I got these shoes for my grandmother. Her feet are very narrow, and these shoes fit perfectly. I got a 6.5 before but I returned them because they didn't fit right, but Zappos.com was so easy on the exchange and then the return of the other shoes, it was wonderful. I discovered Trotters Liz shoes quite a few years ago! I have not worn anything since! They are comfortable from the first day of wear. I love them. I have several pair in different colors. Before I started wearing them my feet hurt all the time. Now I don't suffer at all! Thank you Trotters!

I love these shoes for summer office attire. Very comfortable and attractive with office slacks or dresses. Very little breaking in. Pretty comfortable from the beginning.

Very comfortable shoe. I purchased because I have tile floors and needed a soft bottom shoe. I can wear these all day without my legs or feet getting tired.

I really don\'t like to mail-order any shoes because I am difficult to fit, but I took a chance because I really liked this item and had been looking for navy flats for a long time unsuccessfully. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and will not hesitate to use Zappos again.

I love these shoes! The leather was soft so there was no need to break them in and they were comfortable from day one. Not only do I wear a large size shoe (size 12) but I also have wide feet and a high instep so it's very hard to find flats that don't make my feet look huge, but these are great. I keep getting compliments on the shoes and no one believes they are a size 12WW.

I love my Trotters, but I really love Zappos! I wear AAA and AAAA shoes, so I'm not picking up shoes at Walmart. But Zappos carries lots of narrow shoes. And how can I go wrong? They pay shipping for me to try them on, and if they're not right, they pay shipping for me to return them -- and the folks are so nice! I'm not usually this enthusiastic, but these folks really provide service with a smile.
