These shoes would have received 5 stars for style and comfort. However, the shoes showed up with a lace eyelet that was either torn off the shoe or was never sewn on in the first place. When we went to exchange the shoes, the size we needed was sold out. The return exchange policy is nice. It's too bad quality control is off.

As it was mentioned made in Vietnam but the shoes found to be made in china and unable to complaint as helpline and email is useless to contact

Ultraboost shoes is excellent in respect of running and skipping,I recommend it to others but shoes which I purchased is defective I can't explain it in comment and also many times call you customer care no. no one response there I m really very disappointed with this order I hope adidas resolve issue as early as possible thank you

Beware! Shoes came damaged and definitely not brand new.

It is a damaged product that i received from the bottom, and i had raised a query for refunds for 3 week's but it hasn't been picked up .

It is taking Adidas over a month to issue a refund. Worse Customer Service ever

So parhatic team return not accepted. What will I do with this misfit shoe?

I bought this shoe as it was on their Healthcare workers collection list HOPING it would bring some comfort being on my feet 12 hours a shift. The opening to slide my foot in the shoe is way too tight and small. It was a challenge to get my feet in the shoes. At first the UB22 felt decent just walling around the house for a few minutes but the next day when i wore them to work, after about 4 hours into my shift my ankle starting hurting a lot from how tight the shoe opening is. Then 8 hours in I began to notice the rubber adidas logo on the "tongue" started to cause severe pain from it digging into my skin from the tightness of the shoe opening. By the end of my 12 hour shift, as soon as I got to my car I had to take them off because my ankles and the area where the rubber adidas logo on the tongue lies on on my skin was causing so much pain and was so uncomfortable. When I took the shoes off and my socks off i noticed the area where the rubber adidas logo on the tongue sits had irritated my skin so much it was red and blistered. I was very disappointed as i had seen so many good reviews for this shoe. I doubt I can return them and get my money back after wearing them for an entire 12 hour shift but I had no clue how painful they would be wearing them for that long. I gave it 1 star because I still like the style and look of the shoe but that rubber logo on the tongue needs to be removed on their next model and the tightness of the open around the ankle needs to be wider too.
