I'm a size 6 and I would say they're pretty true to size. it depends on what your foot looks like. my toes are sort of long, so the due fit was just barely prefect, someone with smaller 2nd toe would get a perfect true to size fit.
They're soft and snuggy, they're my 2nd pair. when they break in there's not a lot of stretch which means they keep their shape.

I have narrow feet and this is a sandal that didnt feel like I had to grip it with my toes to keep them on! The moulded bottom is comfy from the get go too.
