These boots are stylish and very comfortable. I was worried about the heal, I do not wear heals after surgery, but these are comfortable and easy to walk in. The reason for four stars and not five, I wish it had a little more arch support.

my regular size is too small in these shoes. 4 starts for fit - not true to size at least not for me.

I've been admiring these shoes since last October. I finally decided to buy them in February. I should've listened to all the reviews where they said they were cut small but the half size above my normal size was sold out so I decided to go with the size I always wear which is size 7. I have a skinny foot so I thought they may work. Nope!! They are cut small. The shoes are not very comfortable. Last fall I purchased the boots with this shearling, and I absolutely love those! I could wear them for several hours walking around the city and my feet still feel good. These get uncomfortable after walking for a little while, which I was very surprised about. I don't really understand why they would make shoes smaller than the actual size that's marked on them considering Cole haan is a very reputable brand and not some cheap fly by night shoe company.

I really wanted to love these shoes. Looks stylish but comfort is key. I do have planters fasciitis and was concerned of how narrow the shoe is but thought there would be enough arch support based on the look to compensate. Unfortunately, after one use day ankle and foot in extreme pain that went right up the leg. Won't be wearing. SO Disappointing!

Loved the boot. Great looking. However it ran very small.

Super cute, mildly comfortable. There are some random seams inside that don't feel that great. Laces are too long and slippery. The metal loops that hold the laces make it impossible to tighten the boots up!

I brought these shoes as a Christmas present for myself. Very cute shoes, but not very flattering on. They look really bulky on and very uncomfortable at the top of the shoe. I got a larger size based on other reviews. I can't take back because already worn them. I wish I could return for another size. Cole Haan is a good brand. Disappointed.

This boot has a tight fit. I would advise to go up an half-size larger. But supper stylist boot.

These are beautiful and well made boots. The length of the boot fits me as it should but it is made too narrow. Thick socks cannot be worn which causes slippage from the length. I would return if I had not already worn them for a full night of walking. Not as comfortable as I would expect from Cole Haan.

They are beautiful, stylish and very comfortable. However, the first time I wore them they got water (not dirt!!) in them and got stained. I bought the Cole Haan shoe cleanser and the stain won't go away. That is disappointing!

Must order a half size up. They do run small. I love Cole Haan shoes and thought I would love these. They are good but not great. Not leather but waterproof. Not warm. Comfortable enough but wear high socks because they will rub.

I love the look of these boots but I had to return them because the tow cage is so narrow.

Read all the reviews saying this boot runs small so I ordered a half size up but the fit was terrible. Too wide, too long and just way too clunky.

It's a well made beautiful boots the only down fall for me it's to narrow so it was uncomfortable for me to wear . I had to return it my loss someone else's gain overall it's a good boots .

Very tight fitting. Painful above the toes. Can't wear for longer than 30 minutes.

Runs really narrow & small. Unfortunately hoped the would stretch but they didnt. Cant wear them. Sad because style was cute

Difficult finding the right size as the shoe is cut very short. The description says to size up a half size but it's closer to a full size

I bought these online and didn't think they looked as nice in person. For the price I was expecting something different

I really Wanted these boots to be comfy, but sadly, they are not. The foot bed is on a downward angle, and your toes end up crunched at the front of the boot. I had read another review that said, the foot bed was flat, so I had high hopes. I'm on my feet all day long and thought these would be a good solution for the wet weather. Unfortunately, not so much.

The metal lace buckles pinch you where your foot bends and since it has a wedge heel the buckle hits your feet painfully. These do not break in well. I would not recommend buying these.

Pretty boot, nice leather but runs extremely small. I ordered 1/2 size, but I recommend going up 1 full size.

WAY TOO SMALL. I read the reviews and they said to go half a size up and I could've gone 2 sizes up honestly! They are soooo right across the middle of the foot.
