The cup was too big and the bra was too tight. Had to return

This is my second experience ordering bras online from hanes, same thing each time and I will not order again. The band is about 1 1/2 inches too short (after watchingthe video and measuring carefully. The sides and back are made of an scratchy, uncomfortable fabric. I would never recommend this to a friend.

I bought this bra, hoping it was one that I have bought before, and liked. Unfortunately, it seems that one is no longer available in black. Too bad, I went elsewhere. And this one is being returned. Thanks for asking!

I ordered a two 50C of these and am returning both. They are way too small around - measuring on 41 inches - that's 9 inches of pull and tug!!! not me!

I've had this bra before and loved it. It is now poorly made (most likely for profit) however I will not buy this style again. I have had 2 bra straps break because the plastic ring that holds them is cheap plastic. One of the bras I had not even washed yet. Very disappointed.

While this bra generally speaking fits and is well-made, it is excruciatingly uncomfortable! The front upper sides of the cup dig mercilessly into the flesh between my armpit and my shoulder. This may be the single most uncomfortable bra I've ever worn!

I am a short person. I found the straps to be too short. After adjusting to the max. length...still short.

I wrote a review on this bra but apparently no one paid any attention to it. It gouged me under the left arm and the strap kept falling off the right arm. I loved the bra and the color but it just doesn't work for me. I have ordered your bras for years and this is the first problem I have had. Now I am looking for a mastectomy bra in the right size!!

When I bought it I didn't realize the sides were made of very tight elastic material that is cutting into me. Bras made of soft material fit perfectly. This material binds me too tightly and I can't wear it. I bought two.

This bra seems to be the wrong size. I ordered 46-C and the cup size is way too big. There is a lot of extra fabric that can be folded over. I intend to return the bra.

I purchased this, tired it on, and back it went! The band was too small - even though it said it was a 40- I wear 40 D all the time-not this one!

Bought this, only wore it for a few minutes and had to take it off because the straps felt scratchy and despite getting a size larger than other playtex 18 hour styles, this one is way too small.... I don't understand why their sizes are so inconsistent the past few years.

I purchased 4 of these style bras as a Christmas gift. Imagine my embarrassment when the gift recipient opens up this brand new bra and finds all the "18 hour" fabric on the sides and back of the bra dry rotted. If you have ever had an old one that is past its prime you know the sound when you stretch the fabric and its dry rotten, as well as the smell and the little "crumbs" of fabric that fell all over the floor! I have never seen this before in a brand new just out of the package bra. I purchased this one in the color "sailor blue", which normally I would not buy, but the size I needed is hard to find so I bought every one in stock. The other ones in "normal" colors (white, beige & pink) are fine. I normally open every package to check the size before I buy because when I know people will switch the sizes and even swap the bra for their old bra and put it in the package, but from now on I guess I will stretch the bra as well! I think Playtex needs to make its retailers aware that old dated product should be pulled from its shelves.

My recent purchase of 2 Playtex 18 hour Bras are not right for me, but I am most disturbed about the round about and inconvenient return option. This is the reason I prefer to shop at brick and mortar stores . Playtex brand is not as good as it was.

This bra reeks and the smell gets worse after each wash. According to many other reviews on other websites it's because there is rubber in the bra. I have been unable to get rid of the smell. I am upset because I purchased 6 of them and the smell won't come off. I can no longer stand the horrible smell that surrounds me when I wear this bra.

I am so unhappy with this bra. The cups are HUGE!!! I am a B cup and there is no way this bra was made for my cup size. Had a friend try it on and she is a DD and it was large on her!

The straps are extremely short to the point of being painful. Cups run very large and have puckers across the front. What ever happened to the quality Playtex 18 Hour Comfort Strap Bra that I have bought for many many years? Never had any problems with the old ones.

I reordered the one I wanted. This was has rough material and is not comfortable.

Difficult to decide on the number of stars because in some ways it is the best wireless bra out there for those of us who cannot wear a wired bra, but a couple of features make it horrible. First, I will say that I am speaking from many years of experience. I have been buying this bra, off and on, for more than thirty years. Great features--firm support even if you have large breasts, good separation and lift, nice silhouette, easy on the shoulders, high sides, no wire or boning, relatively inexpensive, wide variety of colors, washes well, and holds up well. Horrible features--tight band, puckering on the seam that goes across the cup, and scratchy fabric until it has been laundered. The scratchiness will go away after a wash or two, so it is not a big problem. The tight band is not a problem until you've worn the bra for a number of hours. By bedtime, the skin under my breasts are very red and sore. But if you don't wear the bra tight, then you will not get the benefits of firm support. The puckering on the cup seam is a problem if you're wearing a knit top or thin blouse. It is quite noticeable. If this bra was made in such a way as to get rid of the seam across the nipple area I would highly recommend it, even if it does get uncomfortable after wearing all day. But I don't see that happening. I have tried multiple sizes in bands and cups, but nothing helps with the puckers. I realize this is a long review, but just wanted to point out the plusses and minuses that I have experienced with this bra.
