Cups were WAY toooo pointy, they appear very rounded on the model pictured but don't be fooled! Torpedo's! Also the edges are trimmed in tiny loops, lace like, that are not soft, rub and chafe. A smooth, soft edge would have been much more comfortable, Returned it!

Love the new 18 hr. bras the c cup is just a little to big. Wish y'all had my size w/front close!!!!

I bought these bras online because I don't find them in the stores where I live. It seems the size is a bit smaller that normal compared to others I have bought in the local stores. One of the bras was on back order and it really took a long time to arrive. Overall the bras are okay.

Bought bras about 1 mo ago, returned them for different size. I haven't heard anything from Hanes re the return nor have I received the replacement bras. Please advise.

Have been wearing these for over 20 yrs. Over the past year I have noticed that the hooks are twisted after one wear and the latest one I purchased - the strap was attached backwards! I am SO disappointed. These are not cheap bras and the quality has really gone downhill over the past year.

I ordered a B cup which my husband said had to be at least a D. I have never had a problem before and have gone to your outlet store. I am returning them to you. I got them 12 days after the order and was out of state at the time.

The bras smelled like vaseline--a petroleum smell. I broke out in a rash even though I washed it. I had to wash it 2 more times before it was wearable. Playtex used to be a name associated with quality. Guess they're just keeping up with the times. Too bad.

I love every thing about this bra. Except it is rather scratchy .... Even after washing with fabric softener.. Maybe I should have bought a larger size, I dont know.. But it does have great support. I have worn this bra for many years , first time I have found it to be scratchy.. around the back and sides. But if you want a bra that supports this is the bra for you. I am large busted DDD or F and it does the job... Just not sure why this one is scratchy unless they are using different thread . Hoping it will soften up after a few washings.. :)

I love the fit and support of this bra. Same good old quality as always. I want to give this five stars, but I cannot because it smells of something like rubber. It is so pungent that I am having difficulty tolerating it and am even paranoid that others can smell it. I've soaked it overnight, I have washed it multiple times, but to no avail. Can someone please tell me how to get rid of the hideous rubber smell it.

It has great support so far, the only dislike is it makes the breast look very pointy.

It's too bad because if the cups fit I think this would have been a good bra, but unfortunately I'll have to return it. The rest of it fit well.

I bought this bra a few weeks ago. It took forever to arrive. Then the sizing runs "small". I won't buy from this site again.

THE BRAS ARE GOOD EXCEPT FOR THE STRAPS. THEY GET LOOSE AND THERE IS NO WAY TO TIGHTEN THEM

I've been buying another Playtex bra in size 38B. when I ordered this one I ordered the same size. When I got it it was wa-a-ay too small in the 38 size. I sent it back and ordered 42B and it fits. Don't know what the difference is but you may have to order a different size in this bra than you usually wear.

I have purchased the 18 hour playtex bra for years. This time I ordered 6 bras. One hook an each bra broke Never had that happen before. Well washed and worn maybe once. Very disappointed that the quality has changed

this is the second one I bought and this one has been very uncomfortable. The size is the same but the fit is so much different.

I love the support I get with this bra and no underwire a big plus. I am frustrated with the hooks they bend easily and break then I have to buy another bra usually in 3 months I wash them in cold and I hang them to dry. I wear a 44DD in this style the hooks need to be stronger. I move a lot in my job bending over and such I don't know if this has anything to do with the hooks bending like they do. I normally wear a 42DD but I have found with this one because of the support it runs small, the cup size is true to size just not the number around.

I love Playtex and bought this one thinking it would fit similar to the eighteen hour bra....but runs a little smaller

The cups are too pointed for me. The bra is made well.

I wanted to like this bra, but it was very uncomfortable. The straps were not comfortable to me. I even ordered a size up, but that did not help. I'm sorry...I had to return it.

Although this bra does provide good support (48D), the material it is made of is very rough textured. This is the reason I am giving this bra a 3 star rating. I would not buy this bra again because the material makes it uncomfortable.

Arm holes seem smaller than they used to be. Took me forever to get it on. Not good for a tall woman. When I wore it the second time it did stretch out a bit. I am the same size so it is definitely the product that has changed. Now I have to start looking all over again for a brand with straps long enough for a tall woman. Sigh.

Diabetics gain weight in the stomach area and upper torso. The meds I'm on control the disease well, but cause weight gain. It's a balancing act. The size need is not available 56 B. Therefore 54C was the closest that I can find. Of course the cups were too large, the band too small and straps too short. But other than that, nice quality. Any one know where the larger size might be available?

I bought this style because the picture looked like it would be comfy and hold up well. the thing I did not like about it was the straps... they were not long enough. I felt like a package wrapped too tight. I moved the straps down as far as they would go and still needed a few more inches.
