7 days in on these still still impressed with the fit and comfort I can wear thin socks or thick socks no problem even with mid wieght socks on their hot days feet stay reasonably dry minimum sweating unlike some others and even survived a rainy day kept feet dry rinsed the mud off let dry good to go now there's some nit picks i got the boot is 13 inch tall and had a 18 inch diameter shaft opening which leads to one frustrating aspect excessive shaft space and unsightly shaft lines when wearing work jeans or pants even with boot cut jeans there's still a calf bulge that's hard to hide maybe over time after softening up will be better but Ariat could have made these a little slimmer and still have room for the boa system next is the button does get in the way at times needs thinner profile Wonder if the use of a pump cage like that's used in Reebok pumps would work hint still impressed overall Ariat hit me up if you need a product tester on new types of boots

guys hear it is if you have high instep wide forefoot and narrow heals you know how hard it is finding a boot that doesn't crunch your toes while supporting heal grip while standard sizing leaves you furious go down in size heal fits but toes crunch fit the length boots slipping almost gave up till I found these finally a pair of ariats I can wear the boa system make for a perfect fit turn knob the insides tighten around instep and heal making the fit custom no slip just right you can tighten and loosen through the day as needed now Ariat if you would design a line of boots with a extended toe box a 1/4 inch in length and height would be great the wider toe box does not help the big toes going up in sizes only give poor fit when timberland pro and wolverine has the sizing right and Ariat doesn't time to make some changes

Great boot really comfortable. Only complaint is thet even after tensioning the boa system to even an unhealthy amount of pressure for the arch of your foot it still is loose at the heel. The pair of stump jumpers y'all make were phenomenal they tightened just right and didn't slip at all. These need just a little refinement in my opinion.

The boots so far seem great. My only "complaint" is that I wish the part that the boa tightens went from where it is and up another few inches atleast above the ankle. I feel like they would give more support when you need it. But I like being able to wear them loose when I don't need the support.

The BOA adds a small amount of ankle support compared to slip-ons but not as much as lace ups. Boot will stay on in all conditions including deep mud. Overtightening BOA will cause tingling and numbness in toes. Overall great boot!

Some of the best work boots I have ever bought. The BOA system in the back is very convenient if you are doing something that may cause your boot to fall loose. The insulation works great for me because I work in a cold storage facility. I would definitely recommend theses to anyone looking for a new work boot.

I'd give them a 4.5 if possible. I have worn regular square safety toe waterproof Work Hogs for the last 8 or so years. I like them a lot but for the amount of running around I do, I wanted to try the ones with the Boa system. They work very well at keeping your foot in place when they are cinched down. This is nice, sure saves your feet and helps negate blisters. They are just as waterproof and safety toe as my previous pairs and that's a good thing. They perform just as good. My 2 small gripes: 1. If you don't release the Boa when you are not running around or when you are driving, they will cut off your circulation and make your feet go numb. Easily fixed by just popping the Boa when you sit down but just an observation worth noting. 2. The Boa system adds weight. It seems pretty negligible at small walking intervals but for extended walking periods or if you have to run (I know running in slip on boots is not normal but sometimes in my job it's necessary), you definitely feel the added weight. Other than that, I highly recommend if you are looking for a slip on boot with some ankle and foot support!

These are good sturdy boots, last long, and provide the protection as promised but they do come with their flaws. Despite getting wide they still run tight around the top of my foot. To help alleviate that I've had to remove the insoles and purchase and replace with very thin ones. This does take away from the comfort I look for in a work boot. I'm not sure if I will continue with this line due to that fact.

As someone with a very narrow, low volume foot, these solve the main issue I have with most pull-on boots: heel stability. The BOA system does a great job of tightening down the boot as much as needed to get great stability in the instep. I can attest from spending a bunch of time in the snow that they are indeed waterproof, and the carbon toe is comfortable, light, and unobtrusive. I did find them (like other Ariat boots) to run slightly long. I went down 1/2 size from my typical street shoe. Cons: the top cuff opening is cut wider than the normal WorkHog XT. Why??? There's absolutely no need for it, and it makes it more difficult for a pant leg to fit over the boot. I also would like the BOA wire to come a bit higher to encapsulate the ankle area a bit more. Last, the included insole is useless, but that's the case with 99% of footwear out there.

Awesome boots! Tops are a little large for under jeansbut are great for wet work sites. And look good. First 2 days wearing them I logged 15 miles on industrial sitenot a blister! The tightening mechanism is awesome. These are the Caddy of slip ons. Will definitely get another pair when these wear out.

BOA system with this boot is cool, but not how i imagined it would be. It only supports the lower ankle it feels like. I was under the impression that it would've tightened up the leg part of the boot. The top of the boot seems to be too wide. Overall i like the boot, but i think they should make some adjustments

These are nice boots, but the boa can be a little tight and press down around your ankles and foot, if you're not squatting down or do mostly standing all day I recommend them,

Got these because I've been having issues finding a size that fits. Normally wear a size 14. Some of their boots run large but not all. Third set trying to find the right size. Fit well but the uppers are enormous. You'll need bell bottoms to cover them.

I've only had these for a few weeks, but they've been treated me well. There is a few minor cracks in the both soles though. I don't know if that's normal wear or the soles are bad.

They seemed like they were built well. I really liked the boas but the safety toe made them fit weird. Too small on one and too big the next size up.

The heel is rubbing hard after a 10 hour day my heel is blistered I thought It might be break in but it's not every step I take my heel lifts up and rubs against the shank that tightens my boots the fit on the toe and width are perfect so it's definitely a design flaw I payed 300+ and I guess I can't return or exchange

By the way, don't wear thin socks with these. After 8 hours a day for 2 months on solid concrete these boots are broken in and now the mechanism (BOA system) is rubbing into my heel through the pad. No holes or tears, but it's rubbing blisters on my heel. Wear Nothing thinner than a tube sock you'd see in your great granddads dresser drawer

Bought these boots from an authorized dealer roughly a year ago and they've held up great until recently when the bottom, rubber part of the soul, started coming loose at the toe and started talking to me. Probably won't be buying anymore boots with this type of soul but will definitely be checking out other types because Ariats have been my "go to" boot for more than 5 years now.

The BOA tightening system only works if you order a size up. I'm a 12 med ium in every boot brand and these fit tight. Making a sizing adjustment useless. Toe box was a nice fit. Height was good. Colors very vibrant. Leather quality was excellent. Sole was sturdy yet flexible with durable cushion.

Very disappointed had these boots for about 8 months and wear them for work. The heel is separating and starting to fall off. Arita needs to step it up and sell a reliable boot.
