Love the look and feel of these boots I just wish they a bit more of a liner. I've recently purchased a few of your boots I find myself wearing these less because of that. But that being said quality is there comfortable from day one. I get many compliments. I'll continue to buy

I ordered two styles and returned these as I liked the fit and overall look of the other pair slightly better. These ran just slightly narrow on me but were a great looking boot.

I wear a size 9.5. When the boots arrived, they fit well around the middle of my foot and were pretty comfortable, but there is about an inch or more of space between my toes and the front of the boot. When I cut an insert to go into the boot, I realized that the insole was the same as a size 11!. I realize they probably do this on purpose to make your feet look bigger (you know what they say..), but this treads dangerously close to clown shoe territory. They're still stylish and comfortable, however, and I'm going to wear the heck out of them.

Pretty comfortable boot during my test walk , quality for the price when on sale was good, but sizing was off for me. 9.5 had an extra 2 inches of toe space I've not seen in other boots. I kept dragging the toe of the boot when walking. Had to return them.

Length feels too long while the width is a bit tight.

This is a really nice looking and feeling boot. The only issue is that they run long. I wear a size 13, bought this in a size 12 and had to send back because it was still too long.

These boots look great and are comfortable right out of the box, but the leather does feel somewhat cheap and thin. The pull loop broke the first wear. But these are nice for the price and should last a while if not your daily boot.

The boots that I ordered are great; however, I returned one of the two pairs in November, and it took me calling in late January to get them to recognize that they had dropped the ball on my return. I also called in December to check on the return - they acknowledged that they had the return, but with the holidays in full swing, they were bogged down with orders, and they would get the return processed as soon as possible. To their credit, they did FedEx them to me in late January.

These look great but the lace logo on the tongue tore on mine within a month, and the outsole foam is so soft that they wore out in less than a year. That being said, while I wore them I got lots of compliments, and they were comfy till the outsole got worn and uneven

Shoes were too big. I normally wear size 10, but these were too big!

I'm a big fan of J&M and have bought many shoes / boots / clothing. Really loved the looks of these boots online and in the flyer - but when I received them they felt a little "cheap". Lighter material, leather not up to the quality that I expected. Fit tighter than others of the same size (and I have a narrow foot). Buy your normal size to wear a boot sock. Don't think the sole will last very long, but this boot might ok for someone looking for a moderate priced boot to have for a couple seasons. I have other boots from J&M (more expensive / higher quality) that I've owned for over 7 years and they still look great and I wear them regularly. Sadly - returning these.

I purchased my pair in dark brown on 11/22/2023, and they looked great out of the box. I had previously owned a pair of JM suede dress shoes that lasted something like 11 years with regular wear, so I was excited to upgrade to boots. Within a few months of 1-2x per week wear, the heel of the sole had begun to wear away and separate from the rest of the shoe. Had I known the boots had a 365-day warranty, I would've contacted support. But I must have missed that information along the way. Instead, I brought them to my local shoe repair guy this past summer, and he was only too happy to demonstrate the faults in the boots' construction. Still, he put some solid new soles on, and I thought we were past the worst. Then, a couple of weeks ago (*just* outside of the warranty, mind you), the triple-layer thread stitched along the heel of the boot split on both, resulting in the heel leather completely separating from the upper. It's a bad time of year in my area to be walking around in shoes with gaping holes in them, and this is unfortunately beyond what my hyper honest shoe guy can fix in his shop. Predictably, when I reached out to support about this, I was told that I was out of warranty and there was nothing to be done. Cool, cool. Ultimately, although this price is competitive compared to other comparable companies (Allen Edmonds, etc.), I would absolutely recommend paying for craft instead of taking the deal on a shoe that you won't have longer than a year. Unfortunately, it looks like JM has abandoned craft, as well as customer service.

I have owned multiple pears of J&M shoes and for whatever reason these are very uncomfortable in the heel. I initially thought it was due to them not being broke in, but after about a month of wearing them I'm still experiencing the same blistering and uncomfortable feeling on the back of the heel. Would not recommend. It might run small in size?
