These shoes make no sense. They are literally the most confusing shoes I’ve ever tried on. They’re so heavy, there’s so much material around the side of the footbed and they don’t have any bend, so you’d have to practically shuffle around in them or pick up your whole foot and plant it one in front of the other to walk. Cute, though. Size was true to size for me.

I'm a 7.5 in US sizes, but tend to be a 37 in euro sizes, so that's what I ordered. That fit perfectly and they are gorgeous, but there is a stiff, sharp piece of leather that connects the ankle strap to the rest of the shoe that stabs you in the achilles tendon with every step you take. I kept thinking, did anyone try these on before they went into production? Frustrating because they were the exact look I wanted.

I was so excited to get these because I wanted them from the Alohas on demand ordering but didn't want to wait that long for delivery. I got two sizes because my feet go between 5.5-6 in length. I could barely shove my foot into the straps at the front of the 6. I have a high arch but otherwise very narrow, bony feet and my big toe felt like it was going to break the toe loop if I tried to get it all the way on. Might work for someone but I would imagine a lot of people will have the same issue as I did. So bummed to return.
