Like several other reviewers mentioned, the elastic around the back was overstretched/damaged on arrival. Disappointing because these are very cute and comfortable!

Cute shoe but wayyy too narrow. I even bought a W. I always do because I’ve had multiple surgeries on my feet but that was not wide, not even a medium. Felt super narrow.

I'm so disappointed in these boots. They look so nice and I thought they'd be comfortable but they aren't. They definitely run narrow--I almost never wear wide shoes and these were noticeably tight. There isn't much shock absorption or cushion despite looking like they'd have that. The height is perfect, giving you lift without a steep heel, and the color is awesome. The tops have nice stretch as well. But ultimately they feel hard and unforgiving, and for the price I expect better.

Very nice boots, but I found them too difficult to remove (no zippers). Also the back heels slipped. The upside is that these boots will make your legs look longer.

I don't know how they fit because I couldn't get them on. They were stiff and pulling them on was so difficult I didn't even try very hard. I knew that if they didn't slip on easily that I would never wear them. Sad because I think the heel would have been about the right height. I simply don't like the way I look in flats or the way flat shoes feel. About a 2-inch heel makes a world of difference.

The description says wide but didn’t fit my wide feet. Also, the black elastic strap behind the shoe is not stitched properly. I wish they made it to fit wide feet better. I would have bought it and kept it.

These boots were cute and made with quality, however, the right boot was smaller than the left. I took them off and measured, the right measured smaller. They were both the same size. Had to send them back.

I ordered these boots because they came in wide size. Unfortunately, they were not wide enough for my foot to slide in. If you are a true wide foot, don’t bother. The style was good and seemed good quality.

Just not my style, the suede feels cheap.

Comfortable but there was some wrinkling happening on the top of the shoe once I put it on.

I am right in between sizes so the fit was either too tight or too loose. Very cute boots otherwise!

I vary between a 6.5 and 7, lately the former, with average width. These (6.5) feel a bit tight in the front, but a 7 would be too big in length. Not a fan of the sole, as I looked at them back in the box. The shape is cool, but the composition is spongey looking, unappealing. The leather looks and feels like low-quality: thin, stiff, dry. Just uncomfortable. Going back.

Cute style but runs very small. Ordered usual size but had to cram my foot in like one of Cinderella’s stepsisters with the slipper. Can’t address arch support or other comfort because they did not fit my feet. Sadly size selection is slim now so could not try a larger size. Very happy with Zappos’ free returns.

Much less attractive in person.

The boots were quite comfortable, except for the fact that they were too narrow, which made it difficult to get on and off.

Super cute boot but the problem for me is the elastic along the back of the ankle and halfway down the side makes the boot too loose on my foot regardless of sizing down.

Did not fit so I returned them. Zappos gets a 5 star rating for how well they handled the return and credit. I love Zappos

Purchased in wide and they were not wide at all. Very tight and uncomfortable. And they smelled right out of the box. Liked the look, so now I'm trying other vendors who sell a similar styles.

Loved the look of this boot. Unfortunately, the wide feels very narrow. Will be returning.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of leather in the front portion and very disturbed that the back portion is pleatherI! Why would you sell this under the Dolce Vita name especially for this price? This leather is this cheap and I refuse to wear them. I will be returning them. Nice styled horrible quality.

I received 2 different size boots, so I had to send them back.

ZAPPOS sent me USED, WORN, Dirty shoes!!! I loved the style but obviously wasn't going to keep someone's used boots. I guess that's what you get when they offer 365 day returns?? Instead of an exchange they only offered a return. Such a waste of my time. I won't ordered from Zappos again. Now I have to spend my time going to UPS to ma then back.
