This is my second pair very pleased.

Love this sandal. So glad the footbed has dark leather in the toe area so that they don't get so dirty over time. I wear a 10.5 W so hard to find comfortable cute shoes

Love the shoes right out of the box. I ordered a 9 medium in yellow. It was a true yellow. The shoes has a two tone of yellow color. I thought the shoe fit like a narrow medium and a little long. They are comfortable and a keeper.

I love these shoes. I wear 8.5 narrow and I own two pairs. They are dressier than other SAS sandals but can go casual too. I can wear them when I'm on my feet and no problems. Just wish there were more pretty colors in narrow sizes.

Super cute shoes but did not support my heel.

Pretty sandal but narrow for SAS. I am a medium in other SAS sandals. Returning for a wide hope it works!

Inconsistent with other WW SAS shoes. Could not get my foot into the toe box.

Extremely comfortable, but weirdly, too long with normally fitting width. I am normal width on the border with wide, 7.5 size. Though the width is just right, length is at least 0.5 size longer, or even more (about an inch or so). By one review I understand, in some colors in come either longer or shorter with this model. They said black come shorter. I bought white ones, but will be returning and will try 0.5 shorter in bronze (as Zappos no longer has it in white). Will see how it fits.

The sandals are very cute. I wish the sole was more like the SAS strippy or Aurora So they would look a little more dressy but nice overall

I must qualify my comment with this: I've been living in my SAS relaxed sandals for years. So, totally spoiled re comfort and support. This Capri sandal is a good addition to my wardrobe when I need to look dressier (at church or a luncheon for example). The fit is different though. The shoe runs narrow. I got my usual size, 8.5W and it was too short and really tight. So I went up half a size and got a 9W. It is a bit long, but overall fine. The width is still not as wide as I'm used to. One foot has some pressure on the toes. This is minor and will no doubt loosen over time. If you wear a true wide, you might consider getting an extra wide. The relaxed are so very soft and wide that this is a bit of an adjustment. Still, I've not been wearing closed toe shoes. The three straps cover a wide part of the ball of the foot and the leather while not stiff, is stiffer than the Relaxed, but then what isn't? The look is good. Feminine. The heel has just enough height to make this really good for dresses and skirts as well. More importantly, the heel is all soft supporting "rubber" so it feels good on the foot and has some give. Further, the heel got some careful design and doesn't look like a comfort shoe or sport sandal that often have a sort of bumper heel/sole that feels great but is not dressy at all. I would wear these to a wedding! (though dancing in safe rubber soles might be tricky! Ha!) So, in summary: size and comfort are about 4.7. Arch is good--about a 4. I have been looking for years for a sandal with just a little heel, still comfortable and of course, stylish. The style on the foot is pretty, not trendy, but rather a classic look. Overall, It's not perfect but darn close. Thanks SAS and thanks Zappos for your service.

I absolutely loved these sandals and was heartbroken that the ankle straps were too wide even when adjusted. I went up a half size to an 8.5 N as suggested in reviews. I’m tempted to try my normal size to see how they fit!

This shoe is a bit wider than I need, however, it is OK. The shoe is super comfortable. I wore these all over South Africa,(and I’m still wearing them) all day, every day. I really wish they came S width

Very narrow across the top of foot. Made foot look square -

Felt too loose all over.

I thought about returning these as I really was looking for just plain leather, not patent, But walking around the house, including on a stone floor in the kitchen, they were so comfortable I decided to keep them. Even with the slight wedge they didn't bother my knees, which usually is bothered by any elevation in a shoe. And they will be fine to wear to work with a dress or skirt.

This is a very nice shoe. It looks great. I especially like the contrast between the black snakeskin and plain black leather uppers. I am usually between a 8-8.5, and my feet are on the slightly wide side of medium. After reading previous reviews, I ordered the 8.5 Wide, which turned out to be the correct size for me. Ultimately, I did not keep these sandals, though, because I decided that I would rather have more arch support from an orthopedic-type sandal rather than a super soft footbed (but not super supportive) comfort sandal like SAS.

I have a hard to fit foot because I need a narrow heel and medium toe to fit comfortably. The toe area narrowed too much for the straps to be comfortable across my toes. I like the looks and wish they had felt better on my feet.

This fit my narrow feet and are comfortable. The soles are nice and cushioned, and they are fairly cute. I will get a lot of wear out of them.

These were okay, but did not cover my enlarged bone on the out side of my foot. Thought the straps would come back further, but did not. Otherwise, a nice shoe.
