I have 9.5 N foot with no arch. My heel is probably a 3A but across the the toes - likely a B. This shoe fits a bit snug across the toes and is loose in the heel I will solve with heel huggers. Arch support is good, but I will also need to add in an additional support - though not likely my orthotic. These shoes are ok for style - but wish the bar across the top were a bit longer; this short bar dates the shoe. I am keeping because it is so hard to find shoes, and especially loafers that I can wear to work, that come close to fitting.

Way too narrow. I have narrow feet, and I could barely get my foot in these shoes

Loved the shoe, but was tight across the top of my foot.

This is a very cute shoe. I was glad to find a 11S but it still slipped on the heel. I was very disappointed.

I am a wide width 8 and ordered the double wide based on users recommendations. It was way too roomy and I'm going to return. Oddly enough, I ordered two SAS Metro styles...one was this item and one was the "Metro N Charcoal". The N Charcoal style was MUCH more elegant and this item was much more casual in a more true moccasin style. The stitching and appearance were quite different.

I ordered 11S in silver. I loved it but must return because the heel slips and hurts.

I am so disappointed that I cannot wear these beautiful shoes. The problem is my right foot, which hurts after only a few minutes of wearing. I love the color and the style, but the pain is too great. I used to wear SAS shoes when I taught, but finally had to stop because of multiple issues with my feet. I now wear only Saucony running shoes: the toe box accommodates my right foot and the removable foot bed allows for my orthotic inserts. Eventually in life, comfort supercedes style. I recommend SAS shoes highly.

I love the look of these shoes in silver. So pretty. But other reviewers are right. It runs really narrow. Ordered the M but too tight. Will return and hope the wide fits as I love the shoe. Hope SAS reads these reviews so they can correct the sizing.

I liked this shoe and maybe it needed time to have the foot bed broken in. However I was nearly stepping out of the shoe because my foot was riding so high / not sinking into the footbed.

This is a beautiful shoe, but felt very tight. Maybe my age has changed my shoe size. I am 75 years young

I wear 7.5 narrow and these were too narrow at toe box and too loose in the heel. Like the look of the shoe but sadly it doesn't fit well for me.

I ordered these shoes in 9.5 Medium first and had to return them for being too tight. I then ordered them in 9.5 Wide, but while the toe box is fine the heel part is too wide, the shoe slips off my foot. Have to return them.

These shoes I ordered as 9.5 Medium were very narrow. I am going to try 9.5 Wide hoping they fit better. They'll be perfect for narrow feet though.

Wish this style was offered in a Wide width. Still trying shoe at home, I have problems with feet and being able to wear cute (less ugly!) shoes. I think these shoes would look better and go with a lot more if they didn't the black soles.

These are beautiful and stylish shoes. I have nothing critical to say about the quality of the Metro Slip On Loafer. I ordered these shoes from the SAS Online Website in the 6 1/2 M size I always wear. When they arrived by mail, I tried them on and felt that the top front part of the shoe, where the decorative metal bar is attached, fits too snugly around the upper part of my feet. Therefore, I will need a larger size or a different style of loafer. Except for the tight fit, I would've kept the shoes, but I know that walking in too tight shoes will become very uncomfortable.

Perhaps it is because the leather is new and stiffer than my other pair of SAS loafers, but these feel too tight to be a D width. The insole does not offer much arch support, but I can fit my own orthotic in its place.

I love the style and quality of these shoes, however, tried the 9M and the 9-1/2M, as I felt the 9M was too short and narrow, but neither fit right. I tried the 9-1/2 wide, but it was way too wide and loose. Had to return all of them.

I wanted a tan colored shoe and didn't realize the two-tone color until recieved. It was suppose to be a close out and the only shoe I could see to get for the color (which was a surprise) I debated to return them but needed a light brown or tan shoe so decided to keep them

I really appreciated the comfort and support this shoe provided. I like how it stayed on my foot and that there was a velcro strap to help with that. I had been told it felt like a cloud and it really was that comfortable. However, my feet are an odd size and even though it fit in length wise and it didn't slip off my heel it pinched my toes on the side. I would say that is user error more that the shoe error.

These shoes are beautiful, my first pair of SAS. But the size is off and the toe box is so narrow my feet were squeezed into them. I had planned to wear them with socks during the winter months, but even with pantyhose they were too tight. I usually wear a size 5, but ordered these in a 5.5 just to be safe. Still not safe.

The SAS Metro style shoe is extremely narrow at the point where the horse bit decoration goes across the foot. Like, cut off the circulation to your toes narrow. I've never had a Medium (B) width shoe be too narrow for me in my entire life! Too bad, because the style is classy and elegant, and the shoe is very well made. Has to return due to discomfort.

Nice shoe (pewter) but I got 7.5WW as same as "Sunny" style; this one is longer and wider in the heel area. Sadly returning. Great SAS shoes!
