We have worn Asics for years. Our first pair on both my husbands and mine wore a hole in the toe in 4 mo. That had never happened to us before. We went to the store and they said we had to contact Asics which we did. We had to take pics and show our receipt and they replaced both pairs for free. On our next pair and on my new ones my husband put gorilla duct tape inside at the toe and we had no problems. I see the new 27 has more solid piece at the toe so I suspect we were not the only ones who had this. My podiatrist loves these shoes also and I wear orthotics in them. They really are great for overpronators like me and even neutral like my husband.

After ordering and returning 3 different shoes from 3 different companies I was finally able to find these! Yea! Not only is the fit great, the shoe is comfortable, and best of all, they're in a color that an old lady feels good about wearing. Please, Asics, calm down your color choices! This lovely "haze and white" is perfect.

Wow. I am not sure if I am just used to wearing tennis shoes, which are heavier bulkier, or what but as soon as I put these shoes on, I was like wow... They are soooooooooo comfortable! Anyways, I hope they are just as good when I go do my Orange Theory workout lol. And thanks for Zappos, as usual, getting these to me next day-awesome.

I got these a half size larger based on how the 26's ran, but they are true to size just like the 25's & 24's and all the other years. Had to return and get my normal size.

I have a long, narrow foot and high arches. I ordered my usual size and they fit perfectly and are very comfortable.

This is quite possibly my 20th pair of gel-kayano. They fit right out of the box, 5 miles. (I walk, not run). No problems ever. My size in most shoes is an 8 but I buy and 8.5 in these b/c I put an arch support in (I have super high arches and do this in most of my shoes).

The Gel Kayanos feel great from the start. They are perfect for my daily 3-4 mile walks & give my fussy feet just the right amount of support.

I pronate because of low arches and was really having a problem with foot pain on long walks. After researching, these were recommended for runners that needed arch support. They are very comfortable and no foot pain anymore! I’m not in no love with the color choices, but that’s very minor if comfort is the trade off. I’m hoping they last longer than another brand I loved. It didn’t last.
