A definite improvement from my 3 year old clod hoppers I was running in. I was on a zero drop heel and was experiencing knee pain. The 13mm on this shoe was a welcome improvement. I've increased my minute mile by a few seconds, I believe because of the rebound. My feet must be 2 different sizes, the left shoe makes my big toe go numb.

Have been running in Kayano's for over 10 years. Good shoes. Normally buy size 8 women, but this pair runs bigger. I thought I bought a wrong size first. I compared the length w other Kayano's and these are a little longer.

Shoes came within days of ordering. Shoes fit perfectly.

I real I love the shoe and the bright navy color. Some navies are almost black in color. The arch is a bit high for my flat foot but getting adjusted to it. That is a problem for me in most shoes, even those with almost no arch present.

I bought these in black because I loved my gray ones that I already have. However, these seem to fit tighter across the top than my last pair, and are not comfortable to wear all day long.

Bought my second pair of these shoes and the sizing is inconsistent, even in the same model. I bought my first pair in the store in the pink, black and green colors a couple months ago. I ordered the same size online in the all back and the fit is off. I needed all black shoes for an event so I didn't have option to return, but from now I will buy in store.

I bought these shoes for nursing school clinicals. They are pretty comfortable but I prefer the Nimbus over the Kayano. They are very nice looking shoes.

After putting my arch support in these they have been the best shoe. I walk 4-5 miles a day in them on treadmill or outside and they've been great feet don't hurt!! I normally wear a regular width but the wide with in these made all the difference.

I love that these shoes have the duomax extra ache support. It is the only shoe i can wear without an extra insole. I would have given 5 stars but the cost is a little higher than i would like.

I have worn ASICS for years, get a new pair every year. I am a walker, but I think this shoe is for runners. It is wide and feels sloppy, not a good word. I had a pair of Gel-Kayans before and should have remembered. I also ordered on line, which I should not do.

Nice shoes. My dorsal (top) of the foot is too high and the tongue/laces are puts too much pressure there. It might lessen over time, but I don't want to take the chance. I think it is an ASICS fit thing. GT 2000 worked in past. Also, please make more wide shoe colors other than black or navy.

This is a sturdy, supportive, comfortable shoe. I do wish that Asics would make a shoes like this but with just a bit more rubber or tread in the front. I have plantar fasciitis and the main pain is around the ball of the foot- I keep thinking the perfect shoe would include more cushion in the front-but I can go most of the day pain free in this shoe.

I wear a 9.5 in ASICS because the toe area needs the room since their styles are made that way. These were just right, comfortable and supportive and just enough bounce. I like the updated style too!!!

Been struggling in getting adequate support for my daughter's severe overpronation, even with prescription orthotics. Using the shoes in combo with her UCBL orthoses seems to give her a fair amount of support provided she ties them snugly. She's a lot more functional and stable, and has picked up her pace and increased her stamina substantially. I'd prefer a bit more support (for severe pronation) but until then it looks like these will be her shoe of choice.

I am usually a size 8 1/2.. I bought the Gel-Kayano size 9 as suggested. But the only thing is they still fit tight from the middle, which it was a little disappointing.

If you have worn the Gel Kayano Lite, this show will feel a little stiff. I will go back to the Lite on next purchase.

I wanted a third pair of Gel-Kayano 24 but couldn't find them. These are cushy and look nice, but my big toe on one foot slightly hits the toe box and they're the same size as all my other Asics. I suppose I'll keep them and hope maybe they'll stretch a little. I do love Asics and wear them 24-7. I had Plantar Fasciitis several years ago, but not since I started wearing Asics.

For some reason, the fit of this shoe was not the same as the fit from the same shoe in a different color. I don't hate it, but the navy blue shoe fits so much better. This ties box was much more narrow for the glacier gray.. It's so strange. Still a great shoe.

So far these are great shoes. The only problems I have are minor, but I can't fix them both. The tongue of the shoe needs to be wider for us wide feet folks. Sorry, my wide foot is fat and I guess it's fine if there's gaps between the edge of the shoe and the tongue in places. Also, it would be beneficial to send longer laces with the wide sizes. I need to get longer laces so I can tie a heel lock.

A very lightweight sturdy shoe great for running. I was surprised to see how lightweight was and with a great shoe. Only reason for 4 stars is the price.

The fit seemed a little tighter than the last couple pairs I bought.

They feel a little short in length to me. Would love more cushioning in the footbed. Width was fine once I really loosened the laces. My feet are on the narrow side.

Asics does not disappoint--however with this shoe I am not in LOVE with the colors
