I've worn GT-2000 and Gel Kayano for over 15 years and currently using Gel Kayano 25, 26, & 27. The 27 is my new favorite for comfort and distance. The ride is a bit softer but in a good way (not spongy) particularly in the forefoot. I am not sure if this is due to change in material or the sole being a bit wider than previous models. For my UK 12, the 27 is 4+mm wider than the 25 or 26. Note when viewed from above the sole, particularly in the forefoot protrudes a bit more to the sides from the upper than prior models. Although, visually it is a bit disguised by shading the sole on one side. In addition to a better ride, the new design for the "Space Trusstic" arch component is greatly improved. Finally, a truss which does not retain mud (or worse) and is easy to clean. Really a great shoe. Congratulations to the design team.

I love this shoe! The support for my feet is amazing! I feel for the first time that my feet and ankles are properly supported and I have no strain or pain anywhere after the run!

Great shoe, I have flat feet and this shoe really feels comfortable with extra supports compare to normal running shoes

My 4th pair of Gel Kayanos and the only shoes that I've never had blisters with. I've run 5ks to marathon distances in them and my last pair served me for over 500 miles. Expensive but worth every penny, particularly for heavier runners like me looking for a stability shoe.

Been running in Kayano's for a few years and was excited to get my hands on the Gel-Kayano 27. They have not disappointed. The mix of comfort and support for a really stable ride and a good weight distribution, have impressed me.

These were my first pair of Asics & I absolutely love them. They have an awesome support which is vital in a shoe for me.

love these shoes bought them a size larger and they fit perfect.

I overprotonate a lot when I run and I an so happy that these shoes support me in a way that alleviates the shin splints and knee pain I am prone to in other shoes. Highly recommend for overprotonaters.

Fantastic shoe, support and cushioning. They have certainly complimented my running in providing the support I needed.

Love the black on black option! Very lightweight shoe compared to the other shoes I've ran in. I had read through reviews that many people didn't like the recent/upgraded laces, but these laces rock. I'm usually a double knotter but these stay put and I get away with a single knot!

Once you wear it you feel the difference from all the others shoes the cushion the comfort its amazing

This is the first time I have purchased my athletic shoes on line. Very satisfied with comfort and fit.

Have been wearing these to work for the last two weeks and they are very comfortable. I walk about 8-10k steps during my work day. I was having heel pain before while wearing some worn out asics and that has significantly improved with the added support of these shoes.

Perfect fit, wide toebox so my toes don't go tingly, stable landing for my weak ankle, and can wear with anything.

Let me first say that I am a Kayano superfan (having owned almost every version). I had soured on the recent versions (23-26, just weren't as comfortable as I had grown to love). I recently purchased Kayano 27's for my wife and I. Well, after the first tandem run, I'm happy to say that the newest version scored high marks across the board! We both agree that the K-27 is the most comfortable, supportive shoe that we've ever worn!

These are by far the best shoes I have ever owned! I have super high arches and these give my feet the proper support without having to purchase additional inserts! Very well made and worth every penny!

I have a low arch on my feet and overpronate a lot. I also spend long hours on my feet working as a nurse and these shoes alleviate the excruciating pain I used to have on my back, feet and knees. Nike and adidas only bring me back pain. And it realty was a God send when I tried on kayanos a few years ago. The kayano 27 have better gel and the toe box provides plenty of space than better editions. I bought 3 pairs as I also run 20+ miles/ week.

Perfect for running , just started again after a long break and my feet didn't hurt and I was comfortable !

So comfortable right out of the box! Would highly recommend. True to size 8. I do have a wide foot and flatter arches, so these shoes have been fantastic.
