Ortholite insoles required and needed for sure first of all! Turn it back please as it was in 24 and 25 versions. And white color in men's collection is must have option! I tested grey 10.5us men one, but I'd rather buy white women 11.5us or 12us even. But there is no sizes I see... Whyyyyy???? We wanna wear whiiiiite sneakers as well!! It's a kind of feministic discrimination. I'm very upset by this fact that ASICS doesn't think about it and jelous to my girlfriend that she's able buy it but I'm not((

I have never been disappointed with ASICS sneakers. Once I learned I was overpronated, I switched to the Kayano and they are AMAZING! This version of the Kayano runs true to size and has a relatively spacious toe box - very pleased with this selection!

I have worn the kayano since the 12 (except for the 23 and the 26 when they messed with the fit) and these remain my running show of choice. I log 20-25 miles a week on them and have a neutral stride, wide toe box, narrower heel. These fit my forefoot without heel slippage which is the holy grail in a running show for me. Support is great, traction is good for a street/hard pack run, but I prefer a trail runner for actual technical trails for better grip. But geeeez, ASICS, why the color issues year after year? Not all women like pink and purple. I have the blue and teal and am hoping maybe some other options roll out soon. But please never change the fit - it's why the devotees keep coming back!!

I like the Gel Kayano 27 much better than the 26. It seems more supportive on the sides of my feet so my feet don’t move around in the shoes as much as they did with the 26. Very well cushioned without feeling squishy. They feel
a little narrower than the 26 which for my narrow foot is great.

I normally wear anywhere from 8.5 to 9 and knowing you should size up half size for running shoes I ordered the 9 and they fit amazing. This show is like heaven on my feet. I am so impressed with them I will not buy any other running shoes than ASICS from now on. I suffer with shin splints and reading up on this shoe it was supposed to help with that. Well let me tell you, the first time I put them on and went out, absolutely no shin splints!!! True true believer in this amazing shoe!!!

Excellent shoes - super comfortable and great support for long runs or walks. Taken them on a good few tests walking the seven sisters and some runs around the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend :)

Love the extra cushion. Went with wide and glad I did. These are great for those who pronate. Took about a week to adjust to the extra support but absolutely loving these. Been running and walking so much to manage stress during these times. Thank you asics for a great product and supporting healthcare workers.

The newest Kayano continues to be my stable go to shoe and the 27 continues to be familiar while still evolving. It's my favorite asphalt runner and the heel and mid foot comfort are the best features. It's the perfect balance of low weight while still remain a solid base that let you feel exactly what is happening between you and the road ahead

I had moved to brooks due to my previous pair of kayanos not lasting very long, and weren't very durable. I began running more in lock down and began to get knee pain which has never bothered me before. Switched back and bought these kayano 27s and knee pain gone! They are super lightweight and allow for good speed! Really impressed with this shoe and won't be switching from kayanos ever again!

I bought these to replace my really old pair of the same shoe. The main difference for me was the shoelaces. Older pair had regular round laces. These are flat. So my brain just thought it was weird for a bit. But off course the reason I get these shoes is the fantastic cushion of the shoe. I use these only for running. I was able to put them on and go for a run with no problems and no hot spots.

I'm writing this review so I remember that I've tried the Gel-Kayano's (now and once in the past few years) ... and as much as they seem like a great stable shoe for overpronators, it turns out I need more a neutral shoe. If you pronate, and if you struggle to find a shoe that offers enough support, I highly recommend this shoe. I tried on the Mizuno Horizon stability shoe as well, and I could tell that the Gel-Kayano is so clearly designed for over-pronation that it's almost corrective in pivoting and supporting your ankle/heel. But, if you have a neutral foot/stride, it's going to feel really strange. Like everyone says, consider ordering "wide" - so the toe box has enough room, as Asics are typically more narrow than other running shoes. Lastly, I would say it's not the prettiest, so I took a star off for style.

Excellent shoe. Only lacks if you are severe overpronator with flat feet. But if you are that person, then you probably should not buy online without an evaluation, and also may need orthotics. If you have checked, this shoe is good!

I love these shoes! They are very comfortable and great color. I have wide, chubby, relatively flat feet and these are the first pair of shoes in a long time that I haven't HAD to put a pair of arch supports in on order to be comfy. I have noticed I've killed the cushion in the stock insoles from all my standing so I'll have to replace those. I just hate that ASICS doesn't offer a bigger selection of Wide shoes. These are by far my fav and I'd get another pair but they're out of stock.

Asics have done it yet again. I have been using Kayanos since their 11th version. Incredible update from their previous one, mid sole feel more cushy and the ride more smoother.

Highly recommended - this is my third pair of the same make and brand of running shoe in 4 years. I am a marathon runner and have never had an injury since wearing these shoes in my races.
