I am not someone who "breaks in" shoes; if they don't feel perfect when I try them on I do not purchase them. I have 5 pins in one foot (which caused it to spread out), and bunions and arthritis in both, so I now need a wide width. These shoes, recommended by my podiatrist for motion control, felt unbelievably cushiony. It is hard to believe they are so stable. I now wear a women's size 9 Wide and these do not make my feet look like Frankenstein's. (By the way I purchased the men's version in black in regular width size 7.5 and had the same positive reaction.) Thank you Asics!

A lot of people said these run small so I ordered up a half size, definitely didn’t need to. They do run narrow and have lots of padding, but that’s perfect for me. If you’ve gotten this style ASIC in the past, you’ll be happy with this one.

It seems to have more cushion than in past models. Kayano 27 is a great performance oriented daily runner. For runners looking for a stability shoe, for the overpronators, for the ones who need extra support on longer runs.
Moreover, Just in Love with the colour options. I am tempted to guy Classic Red & Black

Having always been a massive over pronator ive struggled to find trainers that provide a good amount of support, these are absolutely ideal and 100% worth the money!

Very comfortable if you size up half a size! As an asics novice I wasn't aware but apparently they do always suggest you size up half a size as the trainers do run small.

By far, these are the most comfortable and supportive sneakers I've ever worn. I usually need a break-in period with all shoes but these fit perfectly from day 1. They're really cute, too!

Absolutely my favorite Kayano so far. Absolutely elegant design. LOVE the throw back to 80s stickers with this iridescent green dragonfly sparky and glitter in heal support. The support and finally appropriate length laces.

Love this shoe! It is a tad more narrow through the instep which really gives me the support I need in that part of my foot. The toe box is plenty wide for my arthritic toes where I need some wiggle room. This shoe helps me with my balance when walking which is important as I am in my late 70's.

So, I have been wearing Brooks' Adrenaline for so many years because I over-pronate and their Adrenaline has the guard rails and great support. I started wearing them when it was at their #9 model and wore them through to current (20) but they seem to be falling apart more quickly than they used to and I don't wear them any longer for running, just walking and so I couldn't see spending $120 for another pair every few months but couldn't find a similar style from any other brand until now. I love these Asics. And while I haven't worn them out and about, they feel similar to the Adrenaline but perhaps have a little more cushioning and stability. We will see how long they last but for now, I am pleased!
