I've been wearing ASICS for years best work out shoes. I never get shin splints since making the switch!

Excellent fit, comfort in every step while running. The trademark Gel kayano technology is very unique. This is my first ASICS pair and I am already a fan of it.

These are the best. This pair is my 3rd pair. Comfort level is crazy amazing! I have a very narrow heel but medium width skinny foot. I wear a 7 in shoes but one foot measures 7.5 and an 8 is perfect for me in the Gel Kayano 27. Without these shoes my SI joint/back problems are intensified. These shoes save me. I wear them all day long!

I started doing Couch to 5k in some cheap trainers and quickly found that I needed walking breaks to ease ankle pain way before my body was actually tired. Buying these felt like a lot of money as a novice runner, but I can wholeheartedly say it's money well spent and I've progressed so much faster now being able to run for much longer stretches with minimal to no pain. My Gel Kayanos were immediately comfortable with no breaking-in discomfort at all and the sizing was perfect in my normal UK size. The only small note is that I find I have to adjust the laces mid-run sometimes as it's hard to get them tight enough for my heel to sit right without giving myself pins and needles, but I don't find this a major issue overall.

The only shoe I've ever been able to put on brand new and then run 3 miles in. Need no breaking in.

Great trainers! I have suffered with Plantar fasciitis for the last couple of years, and found walking in these trainers really helped. So much so that I have been able to progress from walking only, to now factoring in running too - I am sure these trainers have really helped with my recovery! Have recommended to many friends too.
