I honestly did not like them. I usually purchase the Gel Nimbus but thought I'd give these a try. I did not like the back portion of the shoe that sits near your heel. It is very slippery and rubs when I run.

Can't write any review because I have no item at all The review is that ASICS UK is the worse, is going to be 1 month in couple of days after I purchased the the items.

I haven't received either product I ordered or had any communication with ASICS at all.

I have loved the kayanos in the past, but I have had a lot of issues transitioning to this one. I don't like that the plastic on the toe of the shoe doesn't cover the whole front. It causes the fabric to sink in when you run. Also, the shoe can feel like I can't run straight and I feel like I am relearning to run. I was very disappointed that I can't seem to transition into this shoe very easily. I am not sure what you changed, but I am scared this shoe could hurt my knees. This is a very expensive shoe to want to consider buying something else because it could hurt my knees.

These shoes used to be my go-to shoes for my chronic plantar fasciitis. No more! The foot bed is hard and the shoe is stiff. No arch support either. Get New Balance. Far superior!

I had to add arch support and the heel is already wearing so over this brand. No matter how much you pay they do not last!

I've always loved my ASICS, the cushion in the sole is amazing. I just got these new ones and went for a walk. By the time I reached mile 2 my inner heal has a ridge from the padding that was externally painful. This has never happened with these shoes before. I wasn't sure if I could even give a 2 nd try to see if it was just new shoes. I will call customer service and see what I can do.

Not a good fit and when I walk in them, they make rubbing sounds

Currently waiting over 3 weeks for my trainers . Not accepting phone calls and not responding to emails. First time I have had problems with ASICS, but will consider using someone else in future

I have run in Gel Kayanos for a decade, because they were the only running shoe I ever found where my narrow heels didn't slip out the back. I anticipated that I would someday be redesigned out of the shoe, and sadly that day has come. I have gone on a few runs in my new pair, and no matter what socks I wear or how I tie them, my heels slip out when I run. They are also wider than prior versions, so my feet seem to move around more inside the show causing blister concerns, and they are noticeably softer/squishier, which I don't like -- I much preferred the firmer support and stability of previous versions. So, sadly, after a decade-long run (pun intended), I will have to part ways with my beloved Kayanos. Now the challenge of finding a replacement...

Despite having been ordered several weks ago they have not yet arrived, despite several emails! I don't think asics are bothered.

Do not buy. These trainers are absolutely shocking quality and straight away when you wear them they dig into your big toe causing lots of pain

Not usual ASICS fit. Tried to wear several days but did not get any better. Bottom of arches felt bruised. Love the look though. Trying to return.

I purchased this same shoe twice but both sides of the toe box caved in on top, rubbing on the tops of my toes. I thought initially it was a defect with my specific pair but it is clearly an issue with this model. I have worn the Gel-Kayano for 15+ years and am very disappointed. However, ASICS customer service has been wonderful fixing all of the issues related to this so I'm excited to try a different model.

I love my Asics! I have been buying them for several years and especially now during COVID, knowing what works well for me saves me from going to the store and allows me to order by the internet.

UK CUSTOMERS BEWARE! - Do not attempt to spend any money with this company, they will take your money and not ship your items. I have tried to contact them numerous times but have been ignored ever since my order was placed and now they finally respond by asking for a review.... How about you tell me why you are not sending my order out instead of asking for a review.......

I love ASICS shoes. The only ones that have great support . Except these Kayano 27 are horrible. They hurt my feet and I can't wear them.

The back of the shoe is too short it feels like your foot is coming out. I liked the Kayono gel 25

Don't buy from Asics. Buy from another shop. Not direct. Nothing but issues and terrible service
