Have been using Kayanos for 10+ years, 5 or 6 pairs a year, really disappointed this time. Labeled as size 12, but at least 1/2 inch smaller, tagged as 28.5cm when their fitting chart says they should be 29.5cm. basically a size 10.5. Returned them, will have trouble ordering them online again, they just ruined my latest race.

I have been wearing this shoe for years. This shoe I just received is made from different materials than previous shoes. So hard and stiff can barely get foot in. Very uncomfortable.

This pair of sneakers hurt my feet. I have tried to wear them untie to maybe stretch them but they still hurt. I am so disappointed because I have purchased acis befor and never had a problem. This purchase threw me for a loop.

Sizing was off. Terrible. Ordered a 9 1/2 wide and could not even put the shoe on, it looks more like a kids shoe.

These shoes were narrow and hurt my feet. Asics used to be my favorite shoes. Thought I would try them again and had to go back to my old shoes. I thought maybe they needed to be broken in. Didnt work.

Not true to size. Tried to exchange for another size but they would not honor my sale price. Why would I want to pay more for half a size. Returning and sticking to Nike.

I do not like. The balls of my feet hurt after wearing once. They also will not let me return or exchange.

Because of my age, my shoe size has not changed in forty years. I ordered the same size as I always do. The shoes arrived and they were labeled 10 1/2 which is the correct label, but the shoes were too small. I gave them away.

I love the ASICS shoe brand. I've been a loyal customer for 10 years. However, the 27's has caused me persistent heel pain. I attempted to return the shoe for refund/exchange but was advised my foot pain doesn't qualify for a refund. Very disappointing policy. My goal was to exchange the shoe because the redesign of the 27 has clearly caused me issues.

I thought they might be an improvement from Keyano 26.. they are NOT! I ordered same size as my 26 and they were narrower and the base was longer. Not as expected, disappointed. I don't understand why ASICS product developers continue to keep changing the fit of their shoes. I returned both pair immediately. I then searched for the Keyano 26 and ordered them, and They fit and feel perfect.

Been running happily in Kayanos for over 10 years. This version size is so short. My toe hit the end and after 5 runs a hole in the upper shoe material formed. Waste of a high end shoe!

Last year I bought a pair of Keyana 26 shoes, and they were great. I loved them so much, I decided to buy them again this year. Unfortunately, they were not available, so I ordered the Keyana 27s. They have a different shape and width, and the toe box is very different than that of the K26 pair. Very disappointing.

Just wrote the company. Couldn't be more disappointed with the 27"s. Been wearing gel kayanos for years. This is the least support for running and are narrow. My ankles were killing after I wore first time

Generally, the shoe is comfortable (don't rub, good sizing, etc). However, I bought these to help with my overpronation due to very flat feet. Unfortunately, it feels like it makes the over pronation even worse! These make the outside of my foot (along the line of my pinky toe) cramp like crazy. As a result, I have to over pronate even more than normal to try not to cramp. Do not buy if this is the type of support you're looking for!

I loved my old gel kayano's but these just aren't the same surprisingly.

My podiotrist recommended the kayano a couple years ago. The first pair was a dream, helped reduce my pain so much. After that, each pair I have seem to only last a couple months. I just got this new pair and my pain is extreme.

My daughter always takes me to the outlet store to get these for my birthday. I decided to order an extra pair. I got USED shoes! You don't buy shoes that are already laced up! I won't order again

The pointed toes is a failure Not as comfortable as promise

My mom tried size 5.5 in the store (same shoes with different colour) then decided to order navy colour online. when it arrived they were too small for her to wear it!!!

Absolutely useless. I ordered my shoes 21 days ago and they still haven't arrived. Customer Service ("we don't use phones") are running an investigation which could take 5 days! So that's 26 days and counting. And now you send me a survey to rate my experience; priceless.

I so wanted to love these - been wearing Asics (and Kayano) for years. However there is a serious problem with the toe box on the 27. It creases the upper across the toe, even just trying them on around the house. Running would cause serious bruising to the top of my toes. The toe box reinforcement feels very flimsy compared to previous models. I tried 2 sizes in case that was the problem, both the same, both went back.
