The new Model, Gel kayano 27 is by far the best ever from Kayano family. As I've been using kayano for around 5-6 years, I always need time to adapt to them but this was not the case with this model. After few long runs straight from the box, I'm confident to start a marathon with new pair.

No sign of shin splints after the first three weeks running! Very comfy, love the colour and feel supported when I run/walk

I usually wear Gel Nimbus but this time went with Kyano to get the size and color I wanted. I will definitely buy these again. I usually have to put orthotics in my shoes but I don't with these. They are perfectly comfortable.

Reliable, comfortable shoe. All i ever buy and probably pushing over 3000 miles of running in these shoes. I switch out about every 400-500 miles.

Very supportive fit for my sore foot with plantar fasciitis. Cushioned just as described. Did need to go up a size, usually take a size 6 but needed a 7.

Once Kayano always Kayano; I love this shoe! Lighter than previous Gel-Kayano 26, but still, with even more stability and amazing support for us flat feet runners and over pronators! Super comfy with the luxurious material, keeps my feet dry in hot & humid Dubai. Absolutely recommend!

I'm new to Gel-Kayano after years running in Asics 2000. So far a great supportive shoe. Great spring in the heel for anyone who heel strikes, my running is noticeably quieter and I feel like I'm springing along. Although this is a mens shoe it doesn't look too masculine for ladies needing a wider fitting. Would definitely recommend.

I have been looking for a everyday shoes that also can be used for running. After, a long and hard research with many brands I'm glad that I choose this shoe.

Been getting gel-kayano since 21 - in fact these are much the same colour as my first ones. Will order another pair for when these wear out.

Size is accurate but check width as many reviews have issues with wider feet feeling cramped. Not true for me and my feet (UK 8.5) are wideish. Supremely comfortable and supportive on my first couple of 5k runs. I am 87 kgs and they felt just right running on the roads. Nice styling, heel area seems to be an improvement on the gt2000-5 I had before, with softer but firm support for the Achilles rather than the very hard plastic at the back of the 2000-5s. A big step up in quality, on first impression at least.
