I love the way they feel. very light but with a great deal of support. a lot of cushioning on the heel

I buy the Kaynoas every year (2 pairs last year) and cannot fault them. Not the lightest shoe but if you need the stability I wouldn't trust anything else. Absolutely eats up the long steady runs.

Wow!! I have been struggling with an injury for awhile, I have been desperate to get back to running so I thought I would tried my new running shoes out just for a walk with the aim to do a little running as I have pulled a calf muscle....I ran and did not feel a thing. Honestly I was amazed as doing this with my other running shoes only a few days earlier I was in pain. 5 stars for me. I did get a size bigger than my usual everyday size.

I have flat feet, fallen arches, my feet ached me.

These trainers are as you would expect of ASICS of a high standard there made well and support your feet exceptionally the only small thing is these seem slightly and I mean very slightly tighter than my other pair I got last year but it's possible with them been new they've not been broken in properly yet but over all I'm very pleased with them and hope they last a while as it's becoming more difficult getting them in the uk

Really enjoying this shoe for cross training. They feel very comfortable for both running and strength training. The sturdy bottom helps with the balance that weight-training shoes are supposed to provide. I went up half a size from my normal shoe size.

This style is slightly different from the Gel-Kayano 26; has a more rounded, roomy toe box and is more comfortable for me going on downhill slopes. I liked it well enough that I bought a second pair and got rid of the 26's.

Out of the box they are a lovely looking shoe and for me a true to size too. I've had 2 pairs of trail shoes before but as most of my running is on road currently I thought it work investing in some for the road. I've only had the one run in them so far but the grip, support and cushioning are as great as you would hope/expect.

I love these trainers. They're really comfy and make me feel more steady and secure when I run. I can feel that my weight is being distributed well across my feet.

Recommended to me after I had foot pain from my old shoes, and they are the comfiest things I've ever run in - feel like I've got a new bounce! Will absolutely buy again or recommend to someone. Pretty snazzy colour too + size was spot on.

For my first pair of ASICS I am very very impressed. So comfortable and really light on my feet. I've already done a few miles in them and can says hands down they are the best running shoe I've ever had. They make my feet feel so supported and my run is easy..

Offer great support for overpronators like me. I struggle to find shoes wide enough but these are great.

These have always been the best running shoes for those that pronate. The new version improve on what was the best with great support where it's needed, good toe space. Not too much, not too little and very comfortable.

These are my favorite Asics shoes - they are so supportive with plenty of wiggle room in the toe box. I practice my "toe and foot" yoga in these shoes A LOT to aid in my physical therapy for left ankle tendinitis. I prefer the Gel-Kayano above the GT-1000 shoes for the extra support. I highly recommend these to all who have really terrible arches and weak ankles.
