Good arch support and padded well in the heel. Good for someone with history of plantar fasciitis.

I've been wearing Gel Kayanos for almost 20 years now. They are the only shoe that helps correct my over-pronation and prevent plantar fasciitis. I tried switching to a different brand and came right back. Nothing beats Asics and the Gel Kayano in particular. :)

Excellent running shoes. Cushioned, supportive and stylish. I'm currently on my second pair of gel kayanos and they are the best shoes out there for overpronators.

It is a very comfortable and light shoe, perfect to wear it for hours.

These are the best shoes. I have been loyally buying these for many years. Whether running or walking. I usually replace after 400 miles.

I ran cross country in college and injured my left ankle. I did PT and was seen by multiple orthopedic surgeons. I was told I needed to wear orthotics. Being a vain college kid, I said that was out of the question. The surgeon than said "well it's orthotics or ASICS!" And I've been wearing ASICS ever since. I have zero ankle pain and can keep up with my workouts.

These shoes fit perfectly and are a great looking shoe.

So far so good. I have them about 3 week. They are super comfortable. I feel like I'm walking on a cloud.

These shoes are brilliant for my half marathon training. I will definitely buy another pair for next year's training. They are a great stability shoe and very light.
