Nice but not as comfortable as an old pair of Kayano's is had in the past. I needed a new pair of sneakers foe work as I sand all day but my back pin is back most likely due to these sneakers not being as supportive as my old pair of Kayano.

I have worn this brand of shoes for yrs. but this new version is a disappointment. They are to big. They fit like a sz 10.5 instead of sz10 and are to wide in the ball of the foot. They are no way as sturdy as past Kayanos and are in no way as supportive. I would not buy these again!

Not great customer care
Ordered 44 received 43.5 online returns didn't work. Had to get email sent which took 5 working days. I think someone needs to take a long hard look at customer care. Very poor

I am a huge asics fan but the right shoe was too tight on my bunion I returned the shoe for a full refund and had no problems, I tried to go to a store so I could try them on to make sure of the fit but the store was not open 45 minutes after the posted time, I had traveled 45 minutes just to go to this store so sadly I could wait no longer and had to buy a competitors shoe, in the same outlet mall, I still love asics but the store should be open at the posted time.Maybe I will try again when these wear out.

These are super running shoes but the width is too tight compared to previous Kayanos, causing big issues with rubbing, calluses, and hot spots. Disappointing given the expense.

Been wearing Kayanos for 20+ years and don't like the direction they're heading. Shape of the toe, inside materials, fit, quality all deteriorating with each pair for about the last three years. Hit and Miss with each mew model year. Even the colors aren't good.

Love the sneaker but the toe area use to have a coating in the color of the sneaker, which prevented the fabric around the toes at base of the sneaker to get dirty....you seem to not make them that way anymore so sneaker gets very dirty there.

The toes feel wider than they did in the 26's. They are attractive shoes but I'm having a hard time making them fit properly. I have been running in the Kayano for over 20 years, something is just different with this model.

I much prefer my Gel-Kayano 25's
The toe box on the 27 is more flimsy and there's something about the lacing and the tongue that is different in a not so good way

I've owned many pairs of kayanos. This is the first time that my heel comes out of the sneaker whenever I'm walking. This needs to be fixed.

I had to send these shoes back. I have worn Asics Kayanos for years, but the design has changed on this model. I don't have a narrow foot, but the medium toe box was much too wide.

Shoe is fine. Slimmer and more sleek than the last kayano however Toe box seems to crease and then rubs into big toe. Apparently it's to do with the new plastic like mesh that keeps the toe of the shoe but it lost its shape after 1 run and got worse after a week. Had to return but still will only wear ASICS for my running ans cross training.

I ordered several pairs of asics, brooks, and hokas to find a couple pairs of shoes that would accommodate my custom orthotics and provide stability to my weak ankle. One pair of the Hokas fits (the Stinson ATR 6), and I’ve had to return all the asics and brooks and two hokas. The asics definitely run small for me, and the brooks were almost ok but I need a slightly roomier toebox. In most “regular” shoes (loafers, mules, and such), I wear a 10, so ordered the recommended 10.5 in the assortment of running shoes. I’m keeping a pair of the hokas and will exchange one of the asics and brooks for a size 11. The custom orthotics throw off any semblance of size continuity - even with the shoes’ insoles removed first, of course.

This is my 5th pair ASICS, 4th pair of Gel Kayano, my first being the Gel-Kayano 16, next was Kayano 18, next for fun I bought the Gel Noosa Tri, then Gel Kayano 21, now this newest pair Gel Kayano 27. This pair is the first pair of ASICS that my feet have actually hurt after wearing them. I'm very disappointed that my feet hurt. It seems as though the fit is wider than my previous pairs. I have always ordered a "wide" width for my foot. (With the exception of the Noosa as "wide" was not offered...I did not use that shoe for my running but just for a fun shoe to wear around) I have already thrown out the box or I would have returned them!

I seldom write a review about this shoe because it has always worked perfectly for me. It has support, cushion, and I can use my orthotics!
However.... the 27 runs much narrower, and shorter!! Squeezes my long skinny toes!! I have a narrow foot.
I am trying a half size larger, size 11, and I wear a size 9 1/2 shoe!
Wish they would go back to the previous fit of Kayano 25 or 26!!
I will be retuning these along with another pair!!

I love these shoes. Got 5 pairs (various colours). But they're just a bit dull. I've got a yellow pair and they're bright yellow.. The blue is a bit "meh!" Its not very bold. Just not like the picture on the website. Even though the there is bold contrast between the orange sole and blue fabric, it could have been a lot brighter. Thought it was going to be an electric blue. I've kept them anyway as there such a great fit, keep my feet well ventilated while sitting at my desk or out for a run. (I've noticed improvement on my pronation too - the support and cushioning (in the 27's) has helped my foot land better 10/10 for that).
