Pros: These boots look super badass. The silver shiny squared off toe is so rock and roll. The heel height is low but sexy. The zipper on the outside instead of the inside works because it's shiny silver and matches the shiny toe. Very flash. The suede is soft, all stitching is even and complete. No loose threads on these anywhere. Very obviously top quality brand manufacture. Cons: There is zero padding or arch support, surprisingly hard on the sole of the foot. The fit is far too big. I wear women's size 11 but sometimes go up to a 12 in a pointy toed flat. Anything smaller than an 11 is too small for me..unless there is something truly off about sizing. I was fairly swimming in these both in the length and width. And because there is no padding in the insole the foot slides around even more with every step. Also because these are size 11 and too big and also because the metal plated toe extends out even further, these look like absolute banana boats on my feet and I am usually proud of my length and feet size. But these looks clownishly big, perhaps if you wear a size 6, order a size 5.5 and they might look amazing. I am interested in Schutz as a brand and will keep an eye on their shoes because they are well made but I am sending these back.
