I LOVE my Vans A.V.E. pros. I am a paramedic and I work in EMS/FIre, and float to several emergency room sites with my employer. I work on my feet 12-16hrs a day. I bought my A.V.E. pro's almost two years ago and still wearing them, honestly the best work shoes I've ever worn. They're extremely comfortable and long lasting. After years of service, I have super painful feet and these shoes have been perfect for my job. I'm also an avid long boarder and wear them for this too. People love these shoes and I get a ton of compliments on them. Not only am I thankful for the support they've given my feet, but also because they make me feel eternally youthful at a time when people in my business are feeling super burned out. I appreciate the style, quality and comfort my Vans have given me!! Thank you!

It's way too tight around the arch. If you have slim feet,"really slim" it should be alright. But these are gonna need some good stretching on my part.

I bought them because I love the unique colors of the shoes. Decent comfort and good looks

Not as comfortable as the old skool skate pro, the insole has almost no cushion compared to the pop Cush insole and the doesn't flex as easily

My 2nd pair of these cuz they fit my feet perfectly. Also the 2nd pair where the mesh exploded after a month so I won't be buying them again sadly.

These shoes are so comfy and look great however the sides of the mesh tore on both shoes, just with normal walking. Seems like this happened to others also. This happened after the warranty period too so I'm stuck with them

Bought em cause I loved the low profile look and fit. Comfortable and great fit but the mesh material on one shoe completely blew out after wearing only 5-10 times. The other shoe has already developed a few holes also, doesn't seem likely to last long either. I was hoping for a little more use for the $$.

These shoes look great but started falling apart in the first week. Do not buy!

Bought these for my husband because he loved how fit. Comfortable and great fit but one shoe completely fade after wearing only a couple times. The other shoe is ok I was hoping for a little more use for the $$.

I got these in January after wearing regularly till march and the inside wall completely wore out

Color scheme is awesome. Using for walking. Haven't used to skate yet, seems like they would hold up. Has a strap on the inside to help hold the shoe to your foot. Back of shoe seems sturdy to slide your foot in and out. Hoping it holds up and doesn't fold in.

They are light and comfortable. Love them so far.

Sure-footed to be sure. Easy to put on, feels great although on the narrower side.

Been using the Ave's for years for my daily work shoes, and will continue buying them as long as Vans keeps making them!

These replaced the Wayvee as my favorite skate shoe.

The style, value, and feel of the shoes is excellent. My only suggested improvement is the durability of the shoes.

So much greatness about these shoes! Been the first pair of shoes to relieve my lower back scoliosis pain and lower my double sprained foot. I hardly feel pain now due to these shoes. Very grateful I came along these and that they were made!

Much more comfortable than traditional vans but with the traditional style

Love this model, looks like they might be discontinuing then so I will be buying a few pairs
