the product was just as advertised. the only suggestion i'd make is to make the exchange process a bit easier. i contacted the outlet and regular store locations because the shoe was a runs bigger than my regular shoe size but was unable to do a swap - neither location had the shoe.

I only bought this particular pair of shoes because you dont offer the ones I really wanted in a size 15. This pair would be my 4th choice of shoes to purchase. They are descent but not really what I wanted and now that I have them I might send them back. All of the shoes that you have for larger sizes are lame and wack.

Visually the sneaker looks impressive. I like the fact that the shoe is light. However, it also appears to be not made in a way where the shoe will hold up. I've only had my pair a couple weeks so we will see how things go.

I'm liking the High Top more than I anticipated! I saw some negative reviews after I ordered mine, but I have to say that it seems like a well made shoe. It's lighter than I thought, seems true to size, and looks good on foot. Can't speak on the comfort yet. Overall I'm happy.

Only problem was sizing I got a Lil extra in the toe area, and I couldn't return or exchange in the store so I'm dealing with it....other than that I love the light weight feel ...i thought my box was empty, and they are truly water proof, I make soda/pop on my job so they've been the right shoe for my environment.

Run Big, Get your sneakers size..I usually go a half size up in dress shoes because I have wide feet. I should of listened to previous reviews and just got my sneakers size because these run about a half size big already. I got a 11 1/2 and my son wears a 12 and they fit him perfectly. I'm keeping them though because they're fire so I will make them work. lol Overall a great looking and comfortable shoe for work. I should have just got my sneakers size 11 and they would have fit perfectly.

A little tight to get on your feet and is does not have a walking on clouds feeling. Overall, it is comfortable enough, looks good in person and is water resistant with glow in the dark laces. I'm satisfied

Excellent all around as always but one quirk: Dirt pops into them over the heels. Shouldn't be an issue if you wear socks but I don't like wearing socks. ????

Looks great, fits a bit tight at the wide part of my feet. I'm a size 10 and have wide foot but the style out weigh the slight tightness. Perhaps you may losses overtime.

It is a beautifully designed high top shoe. My size 9 was perfect with additional width for my 76 yrs old feet. I walked out of my house and immediately received compliments from my female neighbors..... But, but, if they only knew how long it took me to put on the shoes. You see, a note.... the intricate lacing is part of the beauty of the shoe, but, it's a PITA to loosen them, in order to open the top so you can stuff your foot in them. If you have a bad back as me, you got problems. But they are still a "Badass" pair of shoes.

I have 15+ pair of CH's. I wear an 11.5 in each of these 15+ pairs. For some reason this pair of CH's an 11.5 fits like a 13. I bought in final sale so returns or exchanges which is disappointing. They are too big to wear.

I love the look of these "sneakers" but the lacing system is absolutely ridiculous and unusable as designed. I had to relace omitting the second hole for each lacing location so it acts like a standard shoe. Also, the length of these shoes is at least a full size longer than standard.

The shoes are light and look nice but the shoelaces are a pain. Its such a struggle to loosen them and tighten them whenever my hub puts the shoes on. Its just the way the shoelaces were placed in each hole or slit (not the old fashion way) and the holes were just tight slits so it was really hard to undo and redo the shoelaces because the we cant even take the aglets, the stiff end of the shoelaces, in and out of the slits. So, Im thinking of returning them just because of this issue.
