The shoe is cute, but lacks ANY cushioning. I have no idea why it's labeled "comfy cush". I have the comfy cush in another model, and they are great. I expected the same from these shoes, but I am sorely (literally-my ankles) disappointed. If I hadn't worn them outside for a whole day, I would return them. I feel ripped-off.

Light and comfortable shoe. Normally wear size 9 but it is narrow in the forefront. I wanted to order a size 9 1/2 but turtledove all out of stock.

Can you make at least one pair without white bottoms??!

Photos look great, bought them, now I have so much regret for doing so. I'm generally an Old School style of Vans wearer, broke from the norm, these shoes hurt, are too basic, feel like none of my Vans.

Men's size 12 fits like a size 11.5. So, I need a size 12.5 but they only make 12 or 13. Frustrating!

I get that these models were constructed for a lighter feel, but the overall construction feels more like a clog vs a skate shoe. The style is tight though.

These shoes look like they are faded to green they are not black. Pretty disappointed.

I thought the Too ComfyCush Shoe would be what it said. Too Comfy. Not even the same amount of cush as my old Chukka Low Pro. The sole is nice though.

Tried a different shoe. The max range is way better, I am going to NYC this weekend and will take my old max range.

I was so excited to get these. Cute shoes that were actually comfortable. I put them on and legitimately thought they sent me the wrong pair. I feel no difference from regular vans to these except they seem even more narrow, and I could not even stand to walk in them. Such a disappointment.

I am an avid vans wearer! I have been wearing strictly vans for just over a decade now, but after my experience with these shoes as well as the return process, I'm unsure if I will be purchasing from vans anytime soon. I have always adored my classic old skool vans, I have probably had them in every colorway you could imagine. I have worn them throughout middleschool, highschool, and college. I have work them for 15 hour Emergency Room shifts not having a single break, and I have worn them for every barista shift I have worked in the past 8 years. When I was shopping for my upcoming trip to Europe, I knew I needed a new pair of vans. I was suggested these in the store, as the employee advertised extra comfort and support. My size was not in store, so I went home and ordered them online. I wore them to work for the weeks leading up to my trip, as per usual, but my feet were aching by the end of my shift. I tried to go online and request a refund, and chat with an online provider, neither of which worked. My closest vans store is well over an hour away, and my order was an online order. I tried this multiple times throughout the weeks and nothing. I even called and had an awesome chat with the Manchester store manager, and she recommended I come in store or try to break them in a little longer. Long story short, I threw these shoes in a dumpster in Amsterdam. Where they belong. They absolutely killed my feet, I felt like I was stepping on the bare ground. I have NEVER had a problem being on my feet all day long while wearing vans. I could hardly even walk down the hallway in my hostel with these shoes on. I had to buy another pair of shoes to enjoy my dream vacation. I had no choice but to keep these vans, so I decided to throw them away. That should be a great indicator of how the comfycush insoles feel. I wish I could have gotten a refund or an exchange, but since my only choice was to go in person or keep my shoes, I had no choice but to keep the shoes. Now I am hesitant to buy a new pair of vans due to the poor customer service I had online. I have NEVER had these issues with vans!! I am nervous to see a decline in all customer service and even more hesitant to give my hard earned money away. Please fix your online customer service

I would love to say that I got the shoes and loved them, however this website doesn't actually tell you if shoes are ACTUALLY out of stock or not

Inner soles are cut short around toes, material feels very cheap and very uncomfortable. Do not recommend

They're so comfy but I was so disappointed bc the rubber portions of both shoes were pink tinged on the "true white." Returned. Didn't order again Bc I would be super annoyed if the next pair were also discolored

Shoe arrived looking used with a dirt spot . Looked as if it was a try on shoe .
