ACCEL SLIM

Love the look of the shoes. However, the the slim shoe does not accommodate my foot/s toe-box as well as it could. Furthermore, Im naturally a slight pronator and with the way the shoe is built, I have a hard time staying on top of the shoe, Im either pronating or supinating. So - great style but the fit / design for performance is not as good as I think it could be.

The OG accel was my favorite shoe as a young skater in the early 00s. And now the accel slims are my sons favorite. He wants every style and color. Brings a tear to my eye.

The toe caps of the shoe are too narrow. I got the same pair and same size a year ago and they fit great. Consistency is not there. Cant even wear these and now have to go back to the old ones. Wish I could trade them in for another pair

Nothing to complain about. Classic colorway, look, and quality.

Performance is above average, the gum sole is extremely grippy. Only thing is I think they run .5 bigger than regular. I almost doubted I could skate them and once I did they worked out great. Next pair going half a size smaller tho. Thanks!

One of the most comfortable shoes ive ever skated

Best shes i have ever worn/bought. Have probally owned 10-15 pairs over the years. In mulitple colors. My favorite being black with gum rubber. I have also owned the og accel's which are like walking on pillows.

Caught the Accel slims on sale. I'll probably never buy better shoes for 25 bucks. Fit well, shipped on time, as described. The only thing I could ask for more is a free sticker haha. But seriously, so happy with my purchase.

Good shoe, had a few pairs thru out the years, I usually wear them on a daily basis walking, work etc. However I don't skate in them much because I want them to last longer, and skate in my worst shoes.

One of my very first pair of date shoes was s Kostins Loved those shoes and had the 2s as well. Purchased them with one of the best skate videos of all time as well, menikmati.

They didnt fit true to size for me at least. way too narrow. would love the shoes otherwise

I used to skate the accel ogs back in the puffy shoe era. Loved them. Multiple pairs. As trends changed I found that I like less puff but still love the cup sole and shape. I usually only buy shoes that I can try on but took a chance and bought the slims. The shoe feels great accept for one aspect. The insole has a higher heal for heel support and sets your foot at an angle. Not a fan of that but I dont have money to keep buying new shoes so Im going to just try and get used to it.

Ive worn a couple pairs of Accel Slims a few years ago and I loved them. They were comfortable right out the box and lasted me for awhile. Recently, Ive been wanting a comfortable pair of shoes and remembered my old accel slims, so I ordered a pair since they were on sale. When I opened the shoebox and took out the shoes, I noticed there was minor scuffing on the outer heel (I didnt mind cause theyre going to get scuffed anyways), then i noticed one of the shoelaces looked like it was nibbled on by a small rodent which bummed me out a bit but no big deal, then I look inside the shoes and, Im no shoe expert, the stitching inside of the shoes seem not to be put together well. Whatever Im thinking, so I put the shoes on hoping at least theyll be comfortable like I remember and instantly I can feel the outsole of the shoes is uneven (the left heel feels like it was distorted somehow). Again, I ignore this try to wear them anyways. I was hoping I could wear them out and break them in, so I took a walk and only made it about 15 minutes then I had stop because I could feel my feet blistering. Im giving 2 stars because they do look good on the outside but Ill probably only wear these when I know Im not going to be on my feet much.

I got a pair for Xmas last year was barely gonna wear them and they're super narrow I usually wear a 11.5 got them a size 12 and they're still very tight on me it's kind of a bummet but regardless awesome shoe the brow ones are nostalgic and awesome

I bought these for some walking shoes that signal my old-headedness. I had several pairs of the brown and plaid pair back in the day and would show goo them to ****! These are super comfortable and feel almost like the OGs! The newer sti insole is really good for walking around and after skating vulc shoes for years i imagine its impossible to feel any impact with these. (Especially if the only impact you feel is firecrackering a three) if you like the accel og and want something more modern these are IT!
