I didn't like the way the boot looked in real life. It appears to be more delicate in the photo, but in real life it is pretty clunky. It was too much boot for my foot if you know what I mean. It's a cute style but I'm returning.

The shaft was too wide. I have a wider forefoot but narrow heal/thin leg so finding boots is very hard. This seemed true to size/slightly wider than a normal boot, leg shaft wide and adjustable if your leg is thicker. Very comfortable and would have kept if the shaft was slimmer.

The 10 was too small/tight in the toes, but 11 was too big. Due to the style, the boot gaped open at the calf and was not the look I was going for. Although the width and comfort was far better than similar Uggs on my wide foot, and I really wanted to love these, I am returning them. The charcoal gray was the perfect color; beautiful!

I wanted to love these, but they didn’t fit quite right. The footbed was wider than similar brands, but the toe box too snug (I do take a Wide width shoe). The calf area was too wide and felt/looked sloppy. I did love the charcoal gray, but not enough to keep them with the fit issues.

These are impossible to get ON if you have wide feet and HIGH arches. I couldn't tell you if they were comfortable at all as I literally couldn't get my foot inside them.

These are about 1/2 size too short. Returning.
