CANNOT ANSWER ABOUT COMFORT, SUPPORT, ETC AS I COULD NOT EVEN GET A TOE INTO IT. SOOOOOO NARROW & I ORDERED WIDE! THIS SHOE IS AMAZINGLY MADE, SOFT WITH SUEDE & LAMBS WOOL...............BUT SORRY I COULD NOT EVEN GET A TOE INSIDE OF IT! WANTED SOMETHING TO KEEP MY FEET WARM FOR WINTER, SO THE HUNT CONTINUES.

These were these delivered in the mail. So far so good! I have one problem foot and can never get my foot into a bootie without laces. No problem with these. They are super cute! I am normally an 8.5 - 9 and I ordered a size 9. They fit perfect. I’ll be using and insert for my right foot for its special problems, but there’s plenty of room around the ankle and top of the foot to do that. I would suggest going up a half size if you want to wear thick socks with these, but they are lined with fur so I don’t know why you would want to. These will be perfect for my new hardwood floors next winter. Very warm! Very cute. Happy customer.

This is for size 6: likely true to size, but given how large the 7s were (felt more than 1/2 size too big) amazed the 6s were like a real 6--so too small for me! I normally wear a 7. I ordered the 7s (wide) a week ago. Initial thought was "clunky" but kind of cute, and loved the real shearling interior and ankle shape & strap. Wore them around a bit, but soon they felt too wide and at least a size too long! And flat foot bed, so no insole shaping to help control the foot from sliding around... So I ordered a size 6, hoping they'd fit comfortably. Nope, too small to start with, so back they'll go.

I loved these shoes but I returned them as they were too wide. Bummer

These are cute, comfy and stylish. Very true to size, good width.

Would have loved to keep them but run about 1/2-1 size small. My big toe was jammed up. Size wide was good width wise. The fleece lining is incredibly soft, high quality, and warm. Even nicer than my most popular brand type I own. They are a little stiff for slippers but very supportive to wear outside with good traction.

Too stiff. I have narrow foot and that was nice about these. I wear a 10, these were a bit tight, I'd go ½ size up if possible, but since I can't these are going back to try Merrel.

Very clunky, not enough roll to them. The suede is already worn in some spots. Warm though! Cute booties, except that the strap does not pull tight enough for a good fit.

Was hoping for a less expensive but still warm alternative to uggs, unfortunately couldn’t get the right fit. I wear 7.5 - 8 was too big, 7 too small in the toes but my heel was still slipping out. Feels like it would’ve been fairly comfy and warm with the right fit. Not especially stylish, but fine for walking the dog, running errands I think

I was disappointed because I like the look and feel of the shoe but the heel was wide and the toe box tight even though I ordered a wide

Too narrow and a little too short even though I ordered a larger size than usual.

These were long and narrow, with a very thick and stiff sole. Because the sole had no flexibility, it caused the heel to slip. The Velcro strap couldn’t possibly secure these.

Claims to be narrow, it is not. I wear a N,AA. These are not narrow. Walked right out of them.

These look more squat and wide than in the photos.

They are terrible. They might be over a size small. They are cheap feeling. They will not wear well. I am sending them back.

It was a full inch shorter and 1/2 inch narrower than other boots the same size (not advertised as wide) that I have that are wearing out. I am looking for something similar to a short boot called Wanderlust that I bought from you about 10 years ago, they seem to not exist anymore. They are about worn out. These are not even close. They felt a little sleazy also.

Not flexible and hard to walk in.
