These are the heaviest shoes I have every purchased. In fact, they are so heavy as to be hard to wear.

Very disappointed. Ordered black lather upper, but received black patent, which is not even shown here. I have to return. What's wrong with Zappos? How can I get the correct shoes? I'm afraid to order now because they will make the same mistake again. Never had such experience with Zappos. Unbelievable!

Buckle broke after only 3 wears. Very hard leather and not made for a wide foot.

I developed a bad allergic reaction at the top of my feet to this loafer after two days of wearing them. If your skin might be sensitive, please wear socks! Would love to be able to return these

I returned them because the right shoe had spots on the leather that looked like the final processing wasn't completed on those spots and the leather on the left shoe had wrinkles as if it had bee worn, but it was just bad leather.
