Very pretty boots. They do run large. Size down 1/2 size when ordering.

Rubs a little on the ankle but otherwise they are all day comfort!! Bought in black & sadle. Look great with pants or dresses. These will be my go to all season.

They are TRULY true to size. Ordered a half size up and they're TO BIG Bought final sale so stuck with them Otherwise BEAUTIFUL well made boot

Love these but they run 1/2 size too large. I'm a solid 10 and these were much too large even with thick socks, should have ordered 9 or 9.5

Love the quality, the comfort the color, the style, however, I'm a true size 6 and these are about 1/2 size bigger

Length and color is perfect. The back design is something beautiful. However, the shoes quickly creases and there is 0 support. It feels like walking on cement.

I actually like the boots....the color and style are beautiful...but it would have been nice not to receive a pair(s) that looks as though they had been tried on by someone who obviously knew that they were trying on the wrong size or did not utilize a shoehorn. The leather was wrinkled in the back around the zipper and they were not "packaged" like they were brand new. Fortunately, they did not look as though they had been worn outside. I am seriously thinking about returning them.

Feels like an 11.5 or 12 very large. Leather is nice. Heel is stylish.

Leather is very stiff and rubs my ankle very uncomfortable

This shoe runs narrow and the ankle part cuts into your ankle when you walk. Wish i would have tried them on when I first ordered them, i would have returned them.

Boots run small. . Have been using. Franco for years never had this problem before I would like to return for another size.

These were a great price and they are nice looking. The front of the rim is at a very uncomfortable spot for me personally. They aren't tight at all but as I bend my ankle to walk, after awhile it rubs too much in that area and hurts.

In general, it is a nice, but one little piece leather from the heels is missing.

TOO long. They are lovely but way too long and a bit too big all around, in all 3 colors I ordered. I was very excited about getting these lovely booties just in time for Fall, but am very disappointed. I have been wearing Frano Sarto for years and they always fit well, but sadly, not these.

The boots run rather big and are not returnable. I can pad mine , but my daughter bought three pair that are at least one size too big and therefore unwearable. What a ripoff,

Too stiff- hurt my feet don't think they will get soft

They leave a huge opening in the ankle area which was exactly what I was trying to avoid. And they look masculine.

They are beautiful, I love Franco Sarto shoes normally, but these hurt like crazy around the top part of the bootie around the ankle, the leather is hard and inflexible - it digs in. I had to return them.

The booties are beautiful and stylish. Unfortunately they run big and are very uncomfortable. I felt like I was walking barefoot on rocks.

The material on one heel was wrinkled and cracked. It appeared as if it was dry rotted.
