These are very soft and flexible. However the color black is too shiny. The picture showed more of a matte black.

These were even more comfortable than I thought they would be. I did not have to break them in. There was no rubbing on the heels or toes at all. True to size. I didn't give it a 5 star because I'm not sure how durable they're going to be but if they wear out this season I will DEFINATELY buy another pair.

I bought these in a size 5 for my 20 yr old daughter. She is very picky, but loves these boots, even though they slip in the heel. They are just so very comfortable and don't rub at all. They feel a lot more comfortable than my own Cole Haan booties. The Rockports have a great cushy insole and non-skid soles. Your feet will thank you!

I ordered these to replace the same pair I'd bought a year ago and loved. The "Carly Bootie Black 9.5 M" is wider in the instep than the first pair, and comes up a bit higher on the ankle, so that the overall look is bit clumsy. They're still comfortable but not as stylish, and I have to say I'm disappointed in the quality control.

The shoe did not fit as excepted. I wear a size 9. However, in the this shoe, a size 9 is a little big for me. I believe this is a great shoe. I am returning the size 9 for a size 8 1/2.

Excellent quality however too wide for my feet. The "boot toe" area is roomy for those who may have bunions larger width in the upper foot. Wish it was available in narrow. I wear a 9.5 N normally. Ordered a 9M and will have to return.

I have a high instep and the top front edge of the boot hurts the front of my leg ankle area.

I have bought Rockport booties for many years. This is the first time I have not liked what I purchased. They are very uncomfortably around the ankles.

Really cute boots but I had to return them as they ran small and a bit narrow through the toe.

I own several pairs of Rockport boots and these just aren't as soft and comfortable as my other pairs. They are also cut a bit narrow in the front. Unfortunately, I'll probably return them

The one boot I got on felt great and looked great. I could not get the other one unzipped. The zipper totally did not work so I had to send them back. I was surprised due to the brand and cost that the quality was not that good (in the zipper)

Sadly I had to return my purchase as the fit was smaller than expected. I bought a wide and it was not like other brands for fit. To narrow.

I was disappointed by the quality and am sending the boots back. The picture on the web site portrayed the boots differently than they looked in person. They just appear cheap.

I return the boots. The second I took them out of the box, i was disappointed --they felt and looked cheap. Not the normal quality expected of Rockport.

The material was very stiff .. there was no flexibility in the shoe at all.. They looked nice and fit well but were too uncomfortable to wear. The shoes have been returned, and I am waiting for my refund.

I usually love Rockport shoes and boot. However, hese are not true to size, half size too small, and the leather feels low grade, plastic-like. Unfortunately I will have to return this pair.

I live in the Cobb Hill Kailyn Ankle Boots, so I thought another pair of Rockport boots would offer similar comfort and support. I thought wrong. There wasn't much difference between walking in these boots and walking in my socks.

Theses booties are great looking but the wide was tight around my ankle. The rest of the boot fit well but the ankle was uncomfortable.

The boots are very well made, but they were much too snug on the top of my foot. I normally wear a 9, but these had to be returned rather than exchanged, as there were no available larger sizes. :(

I returned these. Waiting for my refund. Way too big. Not true to size.
