This shoe was very comfortable. I like the toggle option to make tighter. However, I have a very narrow heel with my 10 Narrow foot & my heel was not snug, so I had to return. Nice looking shoe & again—very comfortable!

Ft pretty good but already have nice house slippers.

This fit real good, but the sole was too narrow. I felt like I would turn my ankle easily.

Loose fit, soft and comfortable, but not enough support for my needs, but could be a good choice for many, good for house wear.

The shoes were way too big. Even when I tightened the laces they were still too wide; I had to return.

81/2 M which is my usual size slid up and down on my heel. When I tried to tighten the heel with the elastic , the elastic became too long on the front of the shoe.

The inside pad feels very uncomfortable

I returned this shoe the day after it arrived at my house. That was over a week ago and Zappos has yet to refund my money. I am a VIP customer and am entitled to a Rapid Refund, meaning that as soon as the shoes are on the way back to Zappos, my refund is processed. I have yet to see the refund. I have called twice and been put on hold twice. The first time the refund was cancelled! Why??? An error!!!!! I've now been on the phone waiting for yet another supervisor to say "it's in process and it will be 2 to 10 days". What happened to the VIP status offering the Rapid Refund? I am done with Zappos! It has been the best service for many years. Something has changed and it is now the worst service! I won't be ordering from Zappos any more.

These are lovely looking shoes, but the stitching is not covered on the inside of the shoe!!! It literally just DIGS INTO your foot with sharp edges. Really shocking for a shoe of this price!

Awful sole on this beautiful shoe!! Thin, flat, hard and unbendable sole that is so very uncomfortably. The upper is a soft leather with a timeless style. I'm so disappointed I had to return them. I own nine pairs of SAS shoes and these are the only ones with a hard sole like this. Too bad :-((
