I ordered my second pair of Bluetooth Earmuffs from UGGS two weeks ago. I loved my first pair. I've had them for a few years. When trying to wear them they actually broke in half. I loved them so much that I ordered a new pair, even though they didn't have my desired color (Black). I received my new pair today. The color was Metal. The box that they came in did not have a lid. Also, when trying to charge them the enclosed cable would not fit into the desired slot. I was able to use the cable from my first pair. Whoever sent these out to me did not respect quality control. An open box with no lid? Very poor customer control.

I wanted to love these so badly! I must say the sound is very clear, but they are so uncomfortable! After just minutes of wearing them my ears begin to ache. They are too tight, and it makes it impossible to wear them for more than a few minutes at a time. I'm so disappointed.

I ordered a different color but black was sent. I asked to exchange for the color I wanted and now it is not available

Bluetooth sucks.echo's when on the phone. Tried to exchange but they were out, so returned.

Arrived on time with apsolete charging port!Port connection is oldest posible and long time discotinued usb conector - not type c just regular one that is not in use long time ago so almost that i have problem to find charger for this expensive product!Today most charger ports are simetrical!!!USB C conector shoud be on this overpriced product!

“Wireless Bluetooth” doesn’t work, turns on and off but doesn’t show up or pair with any devices. So, just regular earmuffs, not worth the price. Returning.
