I am very upset about my recent purchase . Usually Vera Bradley bags are made better than this . I haven't even had the purse three weeks and the zipper is already broken off

I did not like the item It was nothing like my previos purchases. I tried to return it but gave up. It was of much lower quality.

I’ve been using this bag for a week with hardly anything in it and it’s already got a big rip in the seam in the inside zipper pocket. I’m on vacation with it so I can’t return it yet. I had to buy a sewing kit to attempt to fix it.

I was using this purse and I was trying to close the zipper. I couldn't get it closed. I was holding on to the strap while I tried to get the zipper and it broke. It was my first time using it and wasn't too happy that the strap broke off from the purse.

I have sent the purse back. I didn't know it was plastic. All my other Vera Bradley purses have been fabric & I have loved them. So far I have bought 7 0r 8 of them & have loved all of them. I loved that I could wash them in the washing machine & they have each lasted me for several years! I will be buying another Vera Bradley purse, but I want it to be made of fabric, not plastic.

I love the style, the length of the cross-body strap, the style and features of the bag, itself. However, today I found one strap has almost become unsewn and the zipper has fallen out somewhere. Will be contacting customer service.

Strap was broke on purse right out of the package. Had to send it back.

I did not like this purse at all - I felt the quality of the material was cheap and that is why I am in the process of returning it- the strap was too thin foe a crossbody purse

I was disappointed in this VB bag. It is like an envelope- only flat items will fit because there is no bottom. I was unable to see this from the tiny accompanying photo otherwise I would have never purchased it.

Design is amazing, inside it's roomy. But for hipster it's a little big size.

The hipster was made with a thin fabric therefore was not what I expected. I returned it.

I loved the looks and the weight but after two weeks, the fabric ripped where the strap meets the zipper. I was not aggressive with the bag and have only used it a few times, so, I was disappointed how fast it came apart.

The strap came ripped so I cannot wear the purse. I do love the purse and the material/pattern and I do not think the material is cheap, but I do believe I received a defected purse. I get that these things happen it is just a bummer. Other than that the fabric is great and it has a lot of storage space and pockets.
