These GOLD shoes have obviously been worn, and on top of that I ordered black!!!! With all the years that I have delt with zappos, Never has the service been this bad. No shoe box, just the top, and the sandals that I bought had also been worn and came in a plastic bag, no box either.

Elastic around the shoe was unflattering and gaped. Plus the toe box was shallow. Really cute shoe but fit was all wrong. Very disappointed.

While these looked cute, once I received them I was extremely disappointed. I realize that these are not support type shoes, but there is no cushioning in the foot bed. It's hard to believe that these are SAS shoes!

I loved this shoe and it was very comfortable for my 14 plus orthopedic surgery feet but it was so wide on the sides that the leather rippled. I was disappointed because they were cute and comfortable, just looked terrible on. Sad to send them back.
