This shoe is lovely to look at, but the 9.5 was too short. All other SAS shoes in that size fit me. Also the return process is too time consuming. Call SAS and then wait up to 48 hours for them to send me a form to return them???? Needs to be streamlined so the form is in the mail or I can print it myself off the website.

The quality of the show is great but you need to improve in the style in order to attract the younger crowd.

Toe box too low my usual size 9 w is a bit too long. Have to put heel grippers on inside of shoe. Main complaint is with the toe box. Thanx Deede Ulanet

the top of the shoe was just too tight and cut into me on the left show. the right shoe was just too big. So sad, because it is a beautiful shoe.

I ordered the size I do for all SAS shoes knowing that, for me, it's not SAS, but my particular foot issues that make some of their shoes work, and others not7WW. The color is lovely. A deep gold that's not too shiny or playful but tasteful and fun. The heel is a better-than ballet flat height with a bit of height so you don't feel your heel slapping pavement! My issues are with the front: the depth is just not wide enough (bunions were screaming), and my toes were squeezed together. Also, the front is not very "long" )barely teaches when my toes meet my foot; and, the heel: the heel is high and pointy, so with a slight gap (maybe more than I expected) my Achilles tendon felt like it was just rubbing and banging against the back of the shoe Too bad. It's a well made shoe but not for me.

These shoes run at least 1size small. Can't wear them. No exchange available since ther were purchased on a special sale. Wish the size was correct, or description would have said to size up.

I ordered a 6 wide and they are definitely not wide. They are too wide tight in the toe area and also seem a little short. I can only get them on if I don't wear any no show socks with them. I'm going to have to stretch them to see if I will be able to wear them. It's too much hassle and money to send them back and fortunately I bought them at a discount during the eclipse sale. Please make these with a wider toe box SAS. I bought a wide width and they are not wide width -more like a regular B width.

Italian made shoes do not fit my feet. Also, narrow shoes are getting too wide these days.

Ran small and hurt my toes

I consistently wear and 8.5 (39) shoe. I ordered this size and they were too narrow and too short. My main problem is the companies shipping and exchange process. I would have to order a couple of different sizes to get the correct size and it would cost me a pair of shoes paying for the shipping and restocking fees.

I ordered an 8 W and it was big. I called to ask for an exchange to a 7 1/2 but they don't do exchanges.

I bought these shoes for my mom for Mother's Day. They are stylish enough but they are labeled as double wide. They not wide at all. I had to return them.

I loved the western pattern in these shoes and wished you would use the western pattern in more of your shoe styles

Shoes are a little bigger than described but the real problem its how long it takes to exchange the shoes if bought online. I had to buy another brand since I needed a pair sooner and takes a while to be able to send them back and then wait for refund

Normally SAS shoes fit me like a glove. These were uncomfortable across the toes. I am currently trying to return them.

I needed Slender size for this shoe but they are not in stock. I returned the Narrow shoes, but I ready wanted to keep them. Maybe I can reorder soon when the Slender size is available.
