This shoe is cute and comfortable if you keep the insert in it. I removed it to insert my orthotic and the footbed/sole of the shoe is very hard will little to no give so it was not comfortable without their insert. Also, it was too wide so my foot fell out of the shoe with and without my own orthotic. I normally wear a 10 Narrow and have another pair of SAS that fit well but these were too wide. cute shoe though.

Right out of the box the this shoe rubbed my toes and also slipped when I walked. I was really disappointed because they didn’t feel like you were walking on the sidewalk. Meaning it had some comfort and the sole wasn’t like so thin. Loved this brand sandals I ordered for the summer and was hoping for the same comfort right out of the box.

These are very nice looking, well made shoes. I ordered my usual size, an 8N, but it was too short and toes were scrunched. So I ordered an 8.5 N. The length was good but the shoe was too deep and the heels were not narrow enough. No way I could keep these on, so I returned them. SAS should make the heels narrower on narrow sizes!

Loved the style - I was so excited to see a pair of SAS shoes that I felt young enough to wear! My mom swore by SAS shoes for her nursing shoes - all day comfort. Alas, the heel cup as others mentioned was too wide while the toe box fit me. So I couldn't take a step without my heel raising completely out of the shoe. Please work on the fit, SAS! Or add a cute thin strap?? Tried size 8.5 W (pronation, bunions)

The shoe seemed to be well constructed, but rather boring as far as style. Not as comfortable as my Vionics and Earth shoes so I sent them back.

When I received this shoe, I smiled. I loved the style, and I have had great luck with SAS shoes, so I felt good to go. I tried on the shoe, walked around for awhile in the house, and had to admit that the shoe rubbed in the left front. But I did not want to return the shoe because everything else seemed pefect. Size was right, the support adequate: maybe I should wait for another day. Alas, the problem did not go away, and I just mailed the shoe back. About the style: it was cute and not frumpy, always a concern.for women my age (70's). Comfort is all-important, but style does matter. Anyway, whatever your age, I recommend you check out this shoe; it might be perfect for you!

They were so cushy and comfy in the front of the shoe. Cute too. Unfortunately the back of the shoe was so wide that I could not walk in them without them falling off. Sad to have to return them.

I tried this shoe in various sizes and widths. But my heel was too narrow. It is a beautiful shoe and I wanted it to fit but I slid right out. A B would have fit the heel but not my wide toe area.

I normally wear a 9.5 Narrow, and many of those don’t fit. This was one of them, a tad too small. So I ordered a 10 Narrow as a replacement. It is a tad too big, but I think I can make it work with a thin insert. I haven’t actually worn them other than to walk around my living room, so I hope I’m right!

I love SAS shoes and was excited to try the Scenic black lace"ballet slipper style" in my normal 8 1/2 AA shoe size.Delivery was great, the shoes were darling, but I was disappointed that the shoe length seemed shorter than other shoes and the toe area seemed narrower. My right foot, which is smaller than the left, felt cramped. The shoes were returned and I am seriously considering to try the 9 narrow size.

I have had such trouble finding flats as a person with VERY wide feet (I feel like most wide width advertised shoes are a flat out lie). I've definitely tried on and returned my share. This brand and cut were the first that really had me excited. The wide width is actually wide width and there's enough space for my toes. You can take the insole out if you want to put your own in, but it's fairly squishy. The black lace is very pretty. It's definitely a little pricey, but I wore my last flats into the ground, so if they last a few years then it's worth it.

"Fog" is a really beautiful neutral, very unique with subtle striations and a bit of sheen. I regret having to return these, but they lack comfort. Though true to size, and the footbed is well cushioned, there is so little support that I can't imagine wearing them for extended periods of time.

Nice looking ballet shoe, I wish they fit! But the toe box was too tight and my toes cramped in. The length was perfect, no flip of the heal. A 12 usually flips on me. I'd say these fit a half size smaller.
