First, let me say that I have LOVED all my SAS shoes for many years. I wear a 10 N, a hard size to find. I was very excited when these very high style ballet shoes were available. They are beautiful, look great with skinny jeans and make me feel 10 years younger! BUT, this shoe fits like a 9.5...half size shorter than other SAS 10 N. I can only wear them a few hours, then the toes start to ache. Size up when buying. I'll probably try to sell mine.

this shoe does not run true to size. it was too long for a person who always wears sas size 7.

The shoes are pretty and I would like them except they will not stay on my feet. I was measured in Williamsburg for an 8 WW. I ordered the Penny J and they fit great. These ballet flats will not be worn because they do not fit. I wanted to return for smaller size but was told because they were on a special sale I was stuck with them. THANKS A LOT. I really wanted these shoes but I cannot wear them.

All other shoes I purchased from SAS have been 8S, these 8S shoes were too small, and I couldn't return them... very disappointed

I ordered a 7 1/2 slim, my usual size. It is way too short. Shoe is excruciatingly painful to wear.

I used the web site search engine to find "blue Scenic flat". When it came up in "Last Chance" I thought it meant it was being discontinued. When I ordered it I did not get alerted that it was a final purchase. Later, when I was told I could not return it, I looked at my receipt and there was a disclaimer about "not returnable" buried in a long paragraph The print was again very small. Usually, when I order items that are final sale, I get an alert before I make the purchase. I felt I was blindsided. The shoes do not fit and are small for a size 7 M.

I don't know what has happened to SAS shoes. I used to be able to put them on and wear them. That is no longer the case. In the past few months I have ordered 2 different styles and neither were comfortable. The most recent was the scenic toe cap ballet flat. The toe area was so tight that it was uncomfortable. I tried wearing the shoes for an hour or so and could not stand the tightness. I even used a shoe widener and that did not help. As expensive as SAS shoes are, I want and expect them to be comfortable. We do not have a store that sells SAS shoes in the area, so they have to be ordered. On top of the price of the shoes, there is a shipping cost and then a restocking cost when returned. I probably will not be ordering SAS shoes again.

Very disappointed. The right shoe fits like a narrow, not a slim. Too big. SAS shoes usually fit me perfectly and they are pretty much the only brand that does because I wear a slim. Unfortunately, because these were on sale, I cannot return them.

I always buy my shoes from SAS. I get the same size all the time. These are not true to size.

I ordered Scenic bronze in size 9-1/2 on sale. Other reviews of this shoe suggested ordering size larger because it runs small. which I did. The shoe is narrow, doesn't fit well, I complained to Customer Service but because it was a sale I'm stuck with this shoe. No more SAS for me!!

These were a waste of my shoe budget. They constantly squeak when worn with or without socks. I got heel grips to keep them on my foot and that did not help. I believe you would be disappointed as well, they feel cheap for the money.

While these looked cute, once I received them I was extremely disappointed. I realize that these are not support type shoes, but there is no cushioning in the foot bed. It's hard to believe that these are SAS shoes!

Reluctantly had to return them. I love the style but if you could just make the toe a little more boxy like the Croc Print Loafer it would probably fit well. Please try. This is the style I love. In the meantime I wear the above mentioned loafer in black, wine, and gold. However they are not as dressy as the Ballerina. Wore Ballerinas all through High School, went to high heels. Now back to flats. Hopefully your adjusted Ballerinas in many dressy colors. Can you do it by Christmas? Hope so. I am betting on you guys. SAS Shoes are the only brand that fit me. Thanks much G

Shoes cut into my heels and across the toes. Was very disappointed with these. Could not wear, gave to a friend who was able to wear them.
